Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order. The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work. I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation. Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years. Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation. I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Phil, I can sleep a lot better tonight.

We recently had the garage roof replaced by Dalton Roofing. The original was an old corrugated one that contained asbestos (removed separately by another company). Harvey came round to give a quote and recommended we go with a flat roof and felt, with 2 clear domes to add some natural light. Ash and his crew did a top notch job, the roof looks mint. They turned up on time, got stuck in, and always made sure to clean up after themselves, especially once the job was complete. We are very happy with the whole process of first contact to the completion of the work, and I will not hesitate to recommend Dalton Roofing in the future, and we will definitely use them again.

We moved to Derbyshire in the summer and contacted Safehands Construction for a quote to build a new extension to our house. Marcus responded quickly and provided us with a detailed quote for two new bedrooms and bathroom. The quote set out all works with a clear time frame. We were offered good advice at the planning stage by Marcus. We decided to use Marcus and his team. They carried out the work exactly as quoted and they kept us fully involved throughout the process. We asked Marcus to do some extra work, which was carried out efficiently and without fuss. The building team were excellent throughout. They used quality materials throughout the build and they explained each stage of the project. Marcus and his team spoke to us regularly and they ensured we were happy with progress of the build, design and construction. We enjoyed working with the team and more importantly we trusted their advice and opinions. The finished build is of excellent standard throughout. The team did a great job in matching stone work, Windows and final fixings. The quality of work has resulted in a top class finish to our house. We would recommend Marcus and his team without hesitation. When you employ a build team you want to feel they are knowledgable and honest. We would say that Marcus and his team knew the best ways of achieving our goals, whilst ensuring everything was within budget. We moved into our new build in the November of 2019, just as the build team promised. We would recommend Marcus as he will not compromise on the quality, keeps to deadlines and he is friendly and honest throughout.

I can't praise Phil and his team enough. I needed a complete replacement of the flat roof over my garage, utility room, porch and bathroom. Excellent quality and a fair price. Phil and his team replaced the roofs, fascia's and soffits to our house and garage. They worked through ice and snow, but persisted and were always cheerful and polite. Phil and his team have just replaced our main roof, lower extension roof and bay window roof. After being let down by two other roofing contractors, it's been a pleasure having Phil and his team. The work was carried out quickly, on time, with minimal disruption and we are really pleased with the quality. Phil responds to messages promptly and his team are a great bunch of lads to have around. They were also very considerate of our neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Ashbrook dispatched an order very promptly, but when it arrived, a couple of items were past the 'use-by' date. Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.

We have had John do a few jobs over the years, he's very polite and knowledgeable in all areas of work he does. Recently we required his expert help again as our flat roof had sprung a leak, not only was he quick to quote he also patched our roof to stop further damage until he got around to coming and replacing it. I have to say we are extremely satisfied with our new fibreglass roof, the workmanship is top class. We highly recommend john and we will carry on keep using him that's for sure.
