Can highly recommend Sam for the excellent work he did replacing the soffits, fascias, guttering, drainpipes, dry verge and the mock Tudor on our detached house, it looks amazing. Sam was professional, punctual, very tidy and kept us well informed, credit to him and his team for working thru a freezing mid December.

I’d definitely recommend Tommy and Midlands Roof Repairs. They replaced a couple of very tired valleys for me and did a thorough and tidy job, as well as a few other bits and pieces that needed sorting out. They turned up when he said they would for both the quote and the work, which was really important to me. The job was done more quickly than had been planned, so Tommy knocked quite a bit off the final bill. Very happy with the final result. A professional, trustworthy and friendly roofer.

We had Tommy and his team out today to replace some of our roof ridges and do some re bedding. I would recommend Joe for any guttering issues as he was really friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions I had about the issue. April was also really helpful when booking the initial appointment in and was prompt to answer after sending some videos of the problem. Great service from Martin and Roofworx team. Work delayed due to weather but Martin went above and beyond to keep us informed of the plans etc. As soon as the weather was favourable they arrived and worked very thoroughly. The team arrived early on the Saturday when the weather was good to get the job finished. Got a great friendly vibe and seemed very professional throughout. Amazing company. Engaged with Martin and Sean for a complete roof replacement. While doing this replacement, issues that came up were fixed, repaired or replaced. In our case, dormers had to be replaced as well as new velux windows. Whilst this was being done, we had a few weeks of stormy weather. They came out even during the bad weather to make sure everything was protected. All in all, fantastic service and fantastic people to do business with.

Just had my roof done with these guys. Outstanding service. Great communication, friendly and roof is completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. I caused a slight delay trying to get a solar panel company to fit brackets. Danny was very patient and in the end fitted the brackets for me. Not many companies will go the extra mile like that. Had seen the work of these guys , as they did the the roof of my friends who live across from us . They have now done a brilliant job on our roof , including repointing both chimneys and replacing all architraves and gutterings and down pipes .They we’re very good with keeping everything clean and tidy too . We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs . Nice people too, so that’s an added bonus .

Danny, Gavin & Wayne did an excellent job sorting out tiles that had slipped down the roof due to bad weather and installing new dry verge units (roof edge caps). They arrived on time each day, did an excellent job, which has to be seen to be believed, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly professional in the way they worked, as well as being very friendly. If you need any roofing job, we would highly recommend them. A very professional team.

I ordered a Brett Martin roof lantern . Dealt with Blake and he was knowledgable and very efficient. The delivery went without hitch and they called an hour before as I requested. The driver was a fantastically helpful Ukrainian gentleman who helped me carefully offload in a difficult area. Upto fitting (2 months later ) I noticed a small crack in one corner hidden by a protective foam. I Emailed Blake with pics of the damage as requested by Charlotte. He called me 10 mins later and could not have been more helpful . This company is how retailers should behave and is very rare. I cannot recommend this company enough . Well done on fantastic customer service .

Can't complain about anything! Not sure why there are so many low reviews, the service and product are exceptional. Called at around 11am for a quote. Agreed the amount and went to collect 3 hours later. The lads helped me load up, and I was gone in 10 mins. The EDPM system is great, and the installation advice online was super clear. I've never fitted an EDPM solution before, but had the roof off, insulated and finished in a day. Thanks permaroof!

I very rarely write reviews, however the customer service from this company is first rate. All staff I spoke to were really helpful, informative & polite. I am yet to pick up the product but it’s not very often you get the level of customer service that these provide. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
