End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services in the Derby area.

Excellent high quality clean from Smith & Co. Friendly, professional and organised during booking, we were fitted in at relatively short notice. Team of 3 was provided and worked a very long day to complete our job to an extremely high standard. We felt the charge was very good value for money and would not hesitate to book again. Charlene and her colleague carried out an End-of-Tenancy clean for me. They did a fantastic job and her communication throughout was excellent. They washed all my carpets, cleaned the windows, cleaned the oven and did a deep-clean across the whole house. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

An absolutely fantastic cleaning business. Been having my home cleaned for the last 2 years now and never had any cause to complain. They go the extra yard and although the cleaning is always top line, it’s the finishing touches that makes all the difference; the folding of the throw, the squaring of the pillows, the fresh smell of cleaning products when you enter your home. Molly Maid has been my cleaning service for some time. They are efficient and do a great cleaning job. The cleaners are always friendly & cheerful. I like the fact that you are notified by text of their expected time of arrival. There is also regular reviews with the management that everything is going well. I highly recommend them.
