Booked end of tenancy cleaning with Charlene. Was charged extra on the day as property was messier than they expected. They did a pretty good job despite getting late and made sure we were satisfied. Will book again for sure.

Charlene and her team did a pre sale, post tenancy clean on a property I own which is 200 miles from where I live. I was anxious, as I had to travel a long way and book an overnight stay, so it was important to me that all the arrangements worked smoothly. What a brilliant job! First time using Charlene’s cleaning services , fitted me in on short notice to clean my carpets which had deep stains from new family puppy . On time , very polite and easy to talk to which was a bonus as I struggle to communicate with people . Professional job and brought my carpets back to life and made them look brand new again would recommend to anyone.

They came to deep clean my Dad's bungalow after a spell in hospital. They thoroughly cleaned the entire bungalow. It was disorganised and needed a good fettle. They did all the doors window frames ect....the transformation was unbelievable. I'm so pleased and would highly recommend. Very courteous and non judgmental. Would highly recommend 👌

An absolutely fantastic cleaning business. Been having my home cleaned for the last 2 years now and never had any cause to complain. They go the extra yard and although the cleaning is always top line, it’s the finishing touches that makes all the difference; the folding of the throw, the squaring of the pillows, the fresh smell of cleaning products when you enter your home. Molly Maid has been my cleaning service for some time. They are efficient and do a great cleaning job. The cleaners are always friendly & cheerful. I like the fact that you are notified by text of their expected time of arrival. There is also regular reviews with the management that everything is going well. I highly recommend them.
