As soon as I had enquired about a quote, David got in touch and we booked in a suitable date and time. David was even able to attend the job earlier than booked and start promptly. All I can say is I feel like I've got a new living room!! We had our carpet and sofas cleaned, and I was so surprised at just how dirty they were. I was anxious, as I had to travel a long way and book an overnight stay, so it was important to me that all the arrangements worked smoothly. What a brilliant job! First time using Charlene’s cleaning services , fitted me in on short notice to clean my carpets which had deep stains from new family puppy . Molly Maid has been my cleaning service for some time. They are efficient and do a great cleaning job. The cleaners are always friendly & cheerful. I like the fact that you are notified by text of their expected time of arrival. There is also regular reviews with the management that everything is going well. I highly recommend them.
