Mark was brilliant when I was locked in my house today! He turned up when he said he would, was really friendly and quick to get the door open and working again. He also helped to sort another door which had been giving me problems. I would definitely recommend, great service!

At 8:10 p.m., I locked myself out of the house, but a specialist from access locksmiths saved the day. he came at 8:40 in the evening after a brief phone call, and i was back inside in a matter of minutes. i felt more at ease knowing that he had even bolted the door to avoid any further problems. truly valued the reasonable prices and the kind, competent service, especially being so close to victoria park. will give them another call if necessary!

When a key broke in the lock at around 9:25 a.m., access locksmiths were able to help. They arrived within the forty minutes that were promised. It was promptly fixed at 9:55 a.m. It was reasonably priced and the locksmith was friendly and efficient. It's great to have such a trustworthy service close to Ilkeston Community Hospital. Highly recommended!

Mark was absolutely fantastic! We accidentally got locked out of our house and he drove from Cardiff within 40 minutes to come and sort out our door lock yesterday at our home 25 miles away. Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Richard fitted a replacement front door lock for me today. I was impressed with his attitude and general demeanor. It was good to experience customer service of this quality - when many companies have forgotten the importance of treating people courteously. And he did a first class job very quickly. I would definitely use Toons again.

I never normally leave reviews but this place is genuinely excellent. Great customer service, very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service .. even came to out to our building and tested keys to lock to perfect them … the keys were a bit tricky … but sorted to satisfaction… much better service than at Timpsons who gave conflicting advice depending on which store u went to .. ie availability of template to cut those particular keys.

Excellent service at very reasonable prices. The buttons on my car's key were broken and the component board was missing some pieces, they managed to repair the key and get it working again like new. Would recommend.

Needed an emergency gain entry and lock change on a Sunday. Very accommodating, arrived very quickly, really friendly. No messing around, all done and cleaned up in 20 mins. Adjusted the door to sit better at the same time even though he did not need to. Excellent price considering for a standard lock change, absolute bargain for an emergency. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Called Tim after one of the locking hooks had become stuck engaged on the front door, preventing it from opening or locking. An hour later he arrived, replaced the damaged locking mechanism for the door and adjusted everything to get a perfect seal. Brilliant service and will definitely keep him in mind for any issues in the future.

Tim was very helpful recently when a customer of mine locked himself out of his room with valuable possessions inside. Unfortunately I was (at the same time) called out to another emergency out of County. Despite being "out of hours" Tim was poised and ready to go within minutes and headed out to the customer, arriving in about 20 minutes. Tim was able to pick open the lock which allowed the cylinder to be used on a key when the "in hours" staff returned - this made the job cheaper for the customer who had made a simple mistake. Thank you Tim and I will happily recommend him for any locksmith work in the future.
