The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

John was very punctual and helped us out at very short notice. Great job fixing our front door lock would definitely recommend and use him again!
