Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic customer service. Had problems with our boiler after running out of oil! Tried to bleed boiler but no luck firing it back up - late afternoon on a Friday too. A phone call to Jack and he happily advised what to do. Within minutes the boiler was fixed. That call saved a costly call out fee. Thank you & very much appreciated. Our oil fired boiler had stopped working after being away for a few days. After initial contact I had a callback during which they were able to direct me to getting the boiler working again. No callout needed and they followed up via text with a few other things to check. Very impressed!
