Called Craig on Sunday with a leaking boiling and his colleague Martin came out first thing the next day. Needing a new boiler isn’t what we were expecting on the day we moved into our property! However martin was knowledgable and checked all our plumbing over thoroughly before starting and finishing his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Mansfield. We will definitely be using Highfield again in the future for our plumbing and heating work.

I first had a leak in my bathroom, this turned out to be my stop tap, I rang Craig and he came straight out that day when he said he would and fixed it. My second was a Boiler Service, but it was making a really strange noise even after it had passed all it's checks, so Craig again came straight back out to check it and it appears it's been fine ever since. I was most impressed by the fact that Craig turned up when he said he would, in my experience with workmen, it's rare! He was always polite and finished the jobs he cane to do. I would definitely recommend to other people. Thanks for a great service

Outstanding service from start to finish. They helped us choose our new boiler and then made multiple trips to fit it, as we’re renovating our home and our builders were behind schedule. They gave me great advice for the future care of our boiler and answered all my plumbing questions. Brilliant attention to detail, and they left the place spotless! All very much appreciated. I will be using them again for my yearly boiler service and would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating jobs!

Hi decided to post this review. Because after having dealt with independent contractors who took advantage of my lack of knowledge with respect to plumbing and electrical installations. My interaction with Highfield heating and plumbing has been spot on from the start both the plumber Andy and Craig were polite and professional and I couldn't be happier with their pricing very reasonable. So Anyone reading this should know this is the first review I've done and was happy to do it. Thanks also to Sarah who worked to get coordinate all mine and the Tennant's timetable. Anyway enough said. They are better than good...... This is the second time I have called Highfield Heating And Gas for help. A fast response, solved the problem and there may be cheaper alternative contractors, I doubt they are as good as Highfield Heating And Gas Ltd.. From my perspective you get what you pay for. I do hope this is helpful to anyone reading this review as I'm not in the habit of giving reviews. .

First time customer to Purple Fox plumbing and very pleased - Chris came out quickly to investigate where a minor leak in our bathroom was coming from and then came back within a couple of working days to fix the problem. He was courteous and cleaned everything after he'd finished working. Great service, we'll definitely contact him again if we have any further plumbing jobs.

Chris came to change two radiators for us recently and did a great job! He was able to fit us in quickly, got the job done well with no issues and managed to sort someone to collect our old radiators! Josh fixed a leak in my water pipe. He was very pleasant, and found I had two leaks quite close together. He fixed them both very quickly and for a great price. I will call him when I need a plumber again.

Josh and his team came out to me promptly to sort out problem with heating and identified quite a few problems. It was very frustrating for them as led from one problem to another but they never gave up and come out on numerous occasions until sorted. Alway came out when they said they would and never let me down. I now have fully working heating thanks to this great team. Excellent work, very polite and honest. We needed work to our boiler our pressure valve had failed. Not only did Josh replace the parts he managed to sort a leak of which we knew the wall was damp. However, we could not figure out where it was coming from since then the wall is dry and ready to re painted. Would recommend. Will use again and again. Thanks very much!

Amazingly helpful! Woke up to no hot water and heating and an error code on the boiler. Spoke to Derbyshire Gas Geeks and rather than coming out for a fee he talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem. 10 minutes later we had hot water and heating again, would definitely recommend and use again. We contacted Clear Plumbing Solutions regarding a leaking toilet. Gavin was very helpful and called around the next day. Though I didn’t have work carried out by Geoff, I followed his advice when we had a suspected carbon monoxide leak with our boiler. He referred me to the gas helpline who have tested and claimed it is safe. Following his initial referral he followed up to check and provide further advice on the matter reassuring me of the situation and making sure I had as much knowledge as possible, when moving forward. His customer service was fantastic and advice appreciated. If I need any heating and plumbing work done in the future I will be giving Geoff a call. Thanks Tom

Fantastic service. Geoff and his son serviced my late mother's central heating in March 2017 before the Bungalow was sold. Geoff then came to the rescue this New Year when our 18 old boiler stopped working for good. Very quick, efficient and tidy. Would recommend him and his son to everyone because they are excellent and very reasonable. Geoff and son have recently returned to check the new central heating system and renew all our old radiator valves. Very efficient, tidy and thorough. Would recommend to to everyone who needs a very reliable plumbing team.

It's been our pleasure to have had the company of two very hard working Gentlemen in our home this last week. After installing a new boiler for us just 2 months ago, at our request they returned to transform our bathroom into a shower room. A beautiful job they have made of it, using high quality ware's, fixtures & fittings, Geoff & Tom were courteous, & respectful at all times, making for a relaxed atmosphere, also helping with safety issues such as suggesting a grab rail. They cleaned up every day taking all rubbish, packaging etc. away with them, leaving everywhere nice & tidy. If you are thinking of inviting Geoff & Tom into your home , We would have no hesitation to say, you could not choose a better team for the job! Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. Lauren and Liam have just finished replacing our horrible bathroom. The project was beset with issues from the outset, partly due to our very solidly built house! Just had a bathroom completely refitted by Lauren after being recommended to her by a friend.. She and her team absolutely know their stuff and nothing was too much trouble. The job was very reasonably priced with high quality fittings. Felt totally confident in her from the first moment and we are absolutely thrilled with the results.
