Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Great price, very friendly plumber who went above and beyond to look after my elderly Mother. They were very clean and tidy and can definitely recommend. This is the second time we have used them.

We suffered a leak on our boiler and called Pride for help with diagnosing and repairing. Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

I've been using A & B for my rental property for 2 or 3 years now and have a difficult relationship with my tenant. Alex and Heather have both been sensitive and understanding. We've had a very good experience with Simon, who is knowledgable, reliable and efficient. Came to service our boiler, managed to solve the problem we've had for several years that other engineers said couldn't be fixed. He explained everything he did as he worked. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Simon and will deal with him in future.

I had three small domestic plumbing jobs (tap repair, tap replacement and radiator swap) but they were all made quite awkward with access issues and old pipework. Whereas with other tradespeople it was a lot of head scratching, deep intakes of breath and silly prices, Simon provided practical solutions and got the job done quickly at fair and reasonable rates. He offered sound advice and was very accommodating, working around me and my young family with no fuss and no mess. Thanks Simon. Highly recommend!

Colin did a great job repairing my broken gas fire. He was very patient and good-humoured during a rather frustrating exercise and I recommend his services unreservedly. Next task will be servicing my gas boiler.

Colin came round as soon as he could and saw that we were in desperate need of hot water and heating - took us on as a priority and fitted us a new boiler the same day! He is so lovely and easy to work with! We knew we needed a new boiler, but appreciated that he tried to fix the current boiler to help us save costs - thank you so much for helping us out and doing a great job!

Colin was amazing, gave him a quick call this morning as our heating had packed up and he was able to fit in a quick visit where he discovered it was actually our hive system not sat on the wall properly. He was also able to service the boiler and place a carbon monoxide detector in the house. Wasn’t expecting him to be able to stay and sort the issue but even though I know he is busy he stayed to sort out the issue. Brilliant service, extremely friendly. I am so pleased I know who to call now if we have any future problems.

Came as advertised and the standard of the work was very very good.
