Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service from Darren, swiftly dealing with our rat problem in a few short visits. Additional help added by fitting a door brush to our out place and securing meshing around open drainage space at no extra cost. Darren responded at short notice to remove the wasp nest from my elderly mother's house as the wasps were flying around the bedroom. He let us know when he was coming and fitted the job into his extremely busy schedule on the day we called. Rang at 8pm...advised of the location of the wasp nest. Advised of price and ability to attend in the morning. 9am arrived promptly, explained process and cracked on. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. An excellent, professional service, that I would recommend and return to if needed.

Highly recommend you give Derby Wasp Control a call. My wife and I try never to harm any creature great or small but we had wasps nesting above our bedroom window in the soffit. We hoped they would move on, but they just increased in number and we started to hear them getting inside, above the bedroom ceiling. Don't wait like we did. Chris arrived very quickly, explained clearly what he would do, and what I should expect afterward, providing safety instructions. He happily answered my questions, gave reassurance, and within a matter of hours the wasps were gone. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced, and charged a very reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Stu and his colleague have been absolutely fab! I spoke with Stu about a rat problem in my loft and he agreed to come out the next day. They examined areas where rats had been travelling and left poison where needed. Stu discussed the drain survey before doing this a few days later and was able to show me pictures and videos which identified the damage done by rats under my decking and evidence of how they were entering my property. They did a super job of fully sealing up the hole the rats had made and they provided with me further recommendations of how to repair other areas of damage so rats couldn’t find any further weak spots! They never rushed the job and allowed as much time as needed to do the job properly. They were determined to find the source of the problem and reassured me that they wouldn't give up and would sort it! 100% recommend.

I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.
