Great service, fitted mouse traps on a couple occasions and installed air brick covers and other preventative measures. Always prompt, friendly and a very fair price for all work. Would recommend to friends and family and use again if needed.

Jack treated a wasp nest under our roof very efficiently. It was fairly inaccessible but with a long lance he was able to inject product into the entry point which was under a roof tile. He guaranteed the work and was willing to return if necessary. It worked first time and we are grateful for his prompt and efficient service.

I live in a flat in Royston (Stamford Yard) and managed to find a Wasps nest in the vent above my kitchen window. This required urgent attention due to the safety of my pregnant fiancé at the time. I then called Brough Pest control and they turned up to the property within less than an hour to firstly identify if a wasp or bees nest. After identifying it was a wasps nest they went to get their equipment to perform the necessary treatment which again was very quick to return. Not only was the problem solved/Wasp nest removed within a few hours of calling but the service was top tier. Very nice guy when dealing with Jack.
