We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Tim is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was always quick to respond if we needed to get hold of him. Highly recommend!

I contacted Tim around 1pm about a wasps' nest and he came out later the same afternoon. The treatment was very quick, effective and, in my opinion, good value. I wouldn't hesitate to contact The Verminator again for any future pest control requirements - a very friendly and professional service.

We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth. Very reasonable price and an excellent professional service. Very nice bloke.

Called and attended within one hour. Knowledgable and dealt with the wasps nest problem and not had them return. Work is also guaranteed. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Mark has helped us out on a couple of occasions and has been great. First Class service from First Class person. Cant thank Mike enough for curing rat problem which was driving me crazy...... Rats had been on rampage in my house destroying carpets, door and climbing on kitchen side eating all in its path... Visited premises and told me what to change to stop entry and installed/advised what best practice to complete and capture rodents. Amazing guy and cant recommended highly enough, thank you I can sleep easy now with no noise and destruction!

Wasps around a hedge, I was given advice that they may be feeding. Try spraying first before they come out. Honest, friendly service. They saved me £45 call out with the advice. Welwyn pest control is in my phone book. 10/10

We have been using Mario for pest control in all 5 of our nurseries. We operate from building which are over 100 years old, therefore having lots of entry points for mice which we have to stop at all cost due to young children being in our premises. In addition to his monthly visits, Mario attends the nurseries usually within 2 working days from any sighting of mice, and follows up with at least one visit within a week, to make sure the issues are addressed. As well as rodent control, Mario has helped us with controlling pigeon nuisances and on one occasion, remove a large wasp nest from children’s play area. We are really happy with his effective service, his willingness to come at odd hours outside our normal operating hours when we have children on site, and his general pleasant attitude to our colleagues. I highly recommend Mario’s services to anyone with pest issues.
