Great job landscaping our garden - Jason made helpful suggestions in the initial design/planning phase and was flexible when arranging dates for the work to be done to suit our availability. Ben and Matt were very helpful, professional and efficient, and the work was completed to the planned schedule. We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend this team.

Jason and his team came to do a full garden renovation for me. This included levelling the grass area with a sleeper wall, creating a new, enlarged patio area, and a further patio at the end of the garden for a garden room to be installed. Throughout the works, he kept in touch with me and ensured that the work was progressing, and his team were excellent. Special mention to Darren who really took care to deliver an excellent end product. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about garden work. Now to choose some plants to finish the look.

Jason and his team took away our old decking and replaced it with a porcelain slab patio and path. They did an amazing job and we are really pleased with it. The team were all very polite, friendly and efficient. The quote Jason gave us was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend them. In fact we are having them back to do more work in the garden.

We had 2 good sized trees and 4 old stumps to remove one of which was in an extremely difficult position against a wall which they dealt with no problem! Very professional service. Had a 25 metre Ash tree that needed pruning placed in an odd position between garden fences and sheds. They came pruned the tree, removed all the dead branches and skilfully secured falling branches with ropes. No damage to neighbouring property and the tree is much safer and ready for the winter storms. Cleared everything up in just over two hours. Top job.

Called Jimmy in the morning for a quote to cut down a large tree and trim some others in our garden. Within a couple of hours, he and his team were at our house, gave us a quote and did the job the same day! A neat, professional and honestly priced job, done so efficiently, I was impressed. I would strongly recommend their service for any trimming or chipping job in your garden!

Excellent lawn care. I needed a newly laid turf to be cut carefully without disturbing the roots that had taken hold. Cutting Edge Lawn Care did an excellent job of ensuring the turf was meticulously cut and rolled. Now I have a lawn that looks expensive and the layout is smooth and uniform. Comms were straightforward and clear and price agreed beforehand which was very reasonable. I would heartily recommend.

I have used Herts Tree and Garden Services for two jobs: removal of trees and replacing fencing. Both times, the work has been of a high standard at a fair price. The team are very professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot recommend Kevin and his team enough! I had a large job involving removing 5 conifers, removing a hedge and reshaping a overgrown oak tree. I compared a handful of local companies and chose to go with Kevin and his team. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in my view and the whole experience was high quality and seamless. Kevin was highly impressive which is why I chose them - He was punctual to all meeting, gave quotes in the exact time frame promised, responded to my queries promptly, he was fair with pricing, gave good ideas and did not try to oversell or pressurise me - he was a joy to work with. His main tree surgeon Bryn was also highly knowledgeable and gave great ideas for reshaping my oak tree.

I needed the 10foot high Lleylandi hedges cut back that run the length of both sides of my garden. DTR did the job very neatly and efficiently. Everything cut back was tidied up and removed. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would use again and recommend.

Not only did they give us a very quick and extremely reasonable bid, they worked with us to find the best solution for our problem both in price and construction. We can't praise Craig and his team highly enough! They transformed our garden from an overgrown wilderness to our dream space. The garden was really difficult to work with because the access was tight and the terrain steep, but they got a great plan together. They worked on our garden through snow and rain and they really did an amazing job. Craig has a great eye for detail and he incorporated our endless additions with great flexibility and patience. Last year we finally made the decision to look at getting our garden redesigned after years of trying to make it nice, but it really was old and tired. It had an imposing pergola which blocked out light and took up a huge amount of space, sparse borders and an uneven patchy lawn. We contacted Craig McGibbon Ltd after some research as we really liked his work and had an initial online consultation. We discussed how we use the space and our dream of a garden for wildlife and nature with lots of planting and seating areas for us to relax and enjoy watching it all. Craig was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and had lots of ideas about what could be achieved and explained the process from design through to build clearly. He then came back to us with a concept design we could then talk through and make any changes. Before the build began, we realised we would need some irrigation installed owing to the hot summer we were having, and are likely to have going forward. Craig was very flexible in making changes to the design all the way through and made some great suggestions going along, such as building the deck overhanging the pond and moving the water butt to the side of the house. The team were a great bunch of guys; professional, polite, friendly and hard working. We were particularly impressed with the attention they took to look after the existing wildlife and plants from our old pond so that they could be carefully put back once the new one was in place. The build was completed by the end of summer and we are absolutely over the moon with our new garden. It has been totally opened up and there is so much more space. The deck area with bespoke bug hotel and wildlife pond are our favourite features and the pond is currently full of newts and little critters. The lovely planting has survived it's first winter and is all coming back to life and we can't wait to spend the summer out enjoying it all. We would sincerely like to thank Craig and his team for creating our beautiful new garden, we absolutely love it and so do all our little visitors.

Sam offered a competitive price to lay heavy-duty paving slabs as a patio base for a greenhouse. He was reliable and pleasant to work with, efficiently creating a great result. We are very pleased with his work and have requested a quote for further hard landscaping

Herts SDS quoted promptly and turned up at the agreed time to do exactly what was requested at the price we agreed. They removed a part dead 6ft high boundary hedge and replaced it with a neat and attractive timber fence. The site was left tidy on completion. Sam & Alfie worked fast and hard, sorting out any issues themselves with a mimum of fuss. Boundary fences can be tricky, but both neighbours were left happy and both have since requested quotes for further work. Recommended.

Sam & his guys did a perfect job. Complete new back garden fence & 2 new side gates to bungalow. Great price & they turned up when they said they would and cleared up perfectly after themselves. Such good business ethics in this day and age is sadly rare…

Ben and his team have done a brilliant job replacing our old tired decking. He was professional, approachable and so helpful with adapting the plan as we saw it come together to ensure it was right for us which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, it was finished within 3 days and the finished decking looks top quality - we're really pleased with it and we'd happily ask Ben back for future jobs.
