2nd time we've used Bob. Wouldn't use anyone else. Was fortunate to have him doing a job locally and he came out to us within 2hrs. Once he's been you will see a lot of activity around the nest and then nothing. All work is guaranteed. We wouldn't use anyone else. Reliable, reasonably priced and an all round nice chap.

Called up Bob to remove a nest we'd uncovered while clearing our allotment. He quoted and was able to come out the same day, clearly explaining his process and tools, and gave some much needed advice and encouragement for clearing the allotment once the nest was dealt with! We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Michael Greatwood (Rosehill Gdns) The worst customer we’ve had the misfortune to deal with in 10 years trading without a single complaint and with many very satisfied customers. Customer was given a full refund, even though 3 visits had been completed by staff including a fully qualified pest control technician after we decided never to deal with Mr. Greatwood again due to receiving intimidating threats and threats of criminal damage via text message and telephone calls. The customers wife initially explained her concerns regarding their ability to pay for the work required and so substantial reductions were made to accommodate them. Customer also claimed the pigeons were only ever at their property evenings after 8pm and at weekends, greatly limiting the time visits could be made. We would advise other tradesmen to proceed with extreme caution if dealing with this immature and vindictive customer unless they are in the habit of performing major miracles at very low prices. Screenshots of the text messages received are on file if anybody wishes to see them and copies have now been passed to the police.

Had an issue at my business site discovered late in the afternoon. Called around as needed problem fixed ASAP before opening for business the following day. Called around to 12 different firms, all quoted £100 + and couldn’t even come until the following Monday. Mitch came from over an hour away and left 10 minutes after my call. Sorted the problem before the sun had even gone down and was £50 cheaper than the nearest quote. A true 24hr service and a top bloke. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after my experience today.
