It's probably 3am in the morning too just like it was for me when the noises had me sitting there going what is in our wall as I rushed to Google to find someone I could trust to sort out what turned out to be a wasp nest. With wasp nests being weather permitting Jon was super flexible working around rainy days until we got a sunny warm day meaning it took one go and that night... all was calm and the noise had gone. Favorite Pest Control. They can handle anything thrown there way. We had a German Roaches infestation about 2 years ago and called them to do an estimate. They came out that week and needless to say, it's been great to be roach free ever since. Most affordable rates and 5-star service. They will do the job right the 1st time.

Harry did a great job disinfecting some storage space under the eaves once an unwelcome family of squirrels had vacated. Fast response for this job which was not urgent. Would use again.

Bob came out the next day to remove a wasps' nest under our roof tiles (we could hear them through the bedroom ceiling...). He was friendly, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly and with no fuss. I'll definitely call him again (if we're unlucky enough to get another nest) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

2nd time we've used Bob. Wouldn't use anyone else. Was fortunate to have him doing a job locally and he came out to us within 2hrs. Once he's been you will see a lot of activity around the nest and then nothing. All work is guaranteed. We wouldn't use anyone else. Reliable, reasonably priced and an all round nice chap.

Called up Bob to remove a nest we'd uncovered while clearing our allotment. He quoted and was able to come out the same day, clearly explaining his process and tools, and gave some much needed advice and encouragement for clearing the allotment once the nest was dealt with! Sam was brilliant with my mum when she had a rat problem recently. She was very quick to come when we called her initially. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
