Paul was a pleasure to do business with. He wasted no time in laying some traps in our loft, in order to catch the rats we had previously heard and seen. After one week he returned and to our amazement had caught three of the blighters. After resetting the traps and laying down some fluorescent powder to see if there was any tracks he went away. He made an appointment to return 2 weeks later. However two days later I noticed the traps had bagged another one, I messaged him and he returned again, for an extra visit and removed the offending vermin. The final visit he confirmed that there was no further activity in the loft. He also inspected the exterior of the property to determine possible entry points for the rats, so we can address them. All in all, everything you would wish from Vermin control. Hopefully would never need his services again, but if we do I would do so in a heartbeat.
