Harry did a great job disinfecting some storage space under the eaves once an unwelcome family of squirrels had vacated. Fast response for this job which was not urgent. Would use again.

Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We had found something had chewed through one of our electrical cables, so called Get-Ridov to investigate for us. They were really prompt, showing up the next day and doing a thorough investigation. They gave us a detailed plan of next steps to get rid of any pests, as well as actions they could take to make sure they didn't come back. So far results have been very promising!

I received exceptional service from Ian at Aim On. There was a bird stuck in my attic which was very stressful and noisy. Ian called me back very quickly and prioritised my case as it was urgent, which was kind and reassuring. He turned up when he said he would and is clearly an expert in his field, doing a thorough inspection as to how the bird got in, and explaining everything well. Ian is a lovely guy and the type of person who you can trust and who puts you at ease during what is a stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful! Would recommend without hesitation.

Mark has helped us out on a couple of occasions and has been great. The first time we had a bees nest in the ground at the end of the garden and were worried our dog was going to pay it too much attention, the second time we had a large furry friend in the garden that we wanted to get rid of. Really quick to respond, no fuss. Highly recommended.

We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth. Wasp guys provide a great service. Found a wasps nest in the garden after noticing a lot of them around a particular tree. Called on Friday afternoon and they sent someone on the Monday afternoon. Very happy with how they dealt with the nest quickly and promised to come back without charge if they had not all gone in two days. Fortunately all sorted first time round.

After noticing a gathering of wasps by our roof, my husband called Steve and in less than two hours, he and his colleague were here exterminating the nest. They were extremely quick and professional and I would definitely recommend them. He also said that if they were not gone in two days, they would return free of charge to do it again. Great service.

Used this company to solve a rat problem. They came for a follow up visit at short notice when we had floor boards up to confirm rats all gone without charging!

We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it.
