We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. They cover all London and beyond. I thoroughly recommend EPC. Thank you both for a great job!

Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth. I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Tom was punctual and professional, he was extremely reassuring and validating of how this was impacting my well being. Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!

contacted Aim On about a wasp next to my window and with the heat wave I was really heating up having to keep the windows closed, Ian turned up the next morning and walked me though what he was going to do and what will happen. After noticing a gathering of wasps by our roof, my husband called Steve and in less than two hours, he and his colleague were here exterminating the nest. They were extremely quick and professional and I would definitely recommend them. He also said that if they were not gone in two days, they would return free of charge to do it again. Great service.
