Danny was very professional, helpful, and kind. We had some great chats and laughs while he worked and I was always pleased and surprised with how quickly he got through everything. He even gave tips on next steps if the mice came back.

I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. Contacted Pestech regarding an issue in my loft. Received a call that evening and Mark explained what it could be and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed a time for him to visit which was prompt and he and his colleague were very respectful of my property and inspected my loft and explained everything in great detail. Although no work was carried out due to a management company being responsible their was nothing they could do. I will without hesitation use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any help in regards to pest control. A massive 5 stars. Thank you to you both.

I called Pestech after hearing ominous scratching and gnawing in the loft. Mark came quickly and did a thorough survey, and confirmed that rats had found a way in. Although I wasn't initially convinced, Mark's assessment that they had found a route through a compromised sewer proved to be entirely correct (builders had not properly capped an old pipe when they refitted a downstairs toilet). When Mark gives you advice on rats, be sure to listen - he knows what he's talking about. He solved my problem, and I highly recommend him.

Absolutely brilliant service. I heard noises in my loft and was convinced I was housing a 6' long rat! Mark visited within an hour of my initial call and put my mind at rest, turned out to be mice! He carried out a survey of the property, made recommendations and implemented solutions that have solved our problem. Favorite Pest Control. They can handle anything thrown there way. We had a German Roaches infestation about 2 years ago and called them to do an estimate. They came out that week and needless to say, it's been great to be roach free ever since. Most affordable rates and 5-star service. They will do the job right the 1st time.

Max was fantastic. We had a rat get in to our house, most probably through an old cat flap. It chewed our underfloor heating pipes, dishwasher water feed and got in to a cavity wall and our loft. We tried shop bought bait and traps with no success, leading us to call an expert. Max was friendly and professional. He meticulously checked the outside of our property for entry holes and filled them, before laying different types of bait and traps resolving the issue within days. Thank you Max!

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner. We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost.
