I was so nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction but in the end it was so unnecessary, the dentists were so good at calming me down and they made sure I was comfortable as it was so obvious that I was really nervous. Ric did a great job with the extraction and the procedure just lasted a few minutes, I didn’t feel any pain at all and I was surprised how quickly he extracted my wisdom teeth! I then came back for the bicarbonate teeth cleaning after 3 weeks with Leen and it was great too, it was lovely how she pointed out some bad practice in my dental routine and she gave me tips and recommendations on how to improve it. I will definitely recommend these dentists to my family and friends, it was a great experience overall!

Ric has done fantastic work for me, truly transformative. I have had extensive treatment and he has been fantastic each time I have visited. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, particularly anyone who needs intensive or significant work done. I was incredibly apprehensive about having such intensive treatment done but Ric well and truly put those fears to bed. You can tell he is a man solely focused on the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his patients, and that attitude clearly pays off as I’m incredibly satisfied and will be using him again for any future work I may need doing. Thanks to Ric and all of his dedicated team who help him.

Lovely friendly place. I'm very nervous of dentists, thanks to school dentists in the 60s. The reception staff are so welcoming and instantly put me at ease. My dentist is so sympathetic, understanding and makes me feel so relaxed. Can't recommend this dentist enough.

Dr Indumini and Roshan were so kind and considerate with me especially as they knew I have a fear of dentists, they kept reassuring me and gave me all the time I needed when they were checking my teeth. Even when checking they were they were really careful and gentle so I wasn’t in pain, and whenever they saw me in distress they slowed down/stopped until I told them it was okay. Truly a brilliant doctor/team! Thank you!

One of the best dentist we have been to! I have an autistic child and the dentist is so patient and calm with him. She always explains what she’s doing. And she does not pressure the kids into hurrying up. She makes sure they are comfortable! We are so lucky to have a dentist in the area that is so good with the children!

I have been going to this dentist practice for over 20 years I've seen it turn from an old historic dentist too a stunning modern and beautifully presented dentist surgery. The new office staff are friendly and professional. I've had great dentists and some not so good ones. I've had Ariella Wulwick as my dentist for a while and she is one of the best, always smiling and a skilled professional with a caring attitude I always feel perfectly comfortable and safe when sitting in the chair and have no problem with her fingers being in my mouth. All in all a class A dentist surgery.

I had to use this dentist for some unexpected work at short-notice, as I was away from my normal dentist. I got an appointment within a few days. They seemed very helpful, friendly and professional, both on the reception desk and in the surgery. As well as doing the needed work, they carried out a thorough inspection and provided information well beyond the minimum. I was well impressed.

What great customer care, I am a very nervous patient, and have put off having composite bonding, for fear of spending time in the chair. I explained all of this and we agreed to break the treatment down into manageable chunks for me planning one tooth at a time and if ok with me then 2. The treatment was so easy and quick and I would recommend to anyone who has the same issues as me. First class experience Nur Smiles has it right!

Had a sudden problem with one of my teeth, resulting in some pain. I was able to make an appointment with Mr Shah as a new patient, and was seen the following day. Not only was my problem resolved on the first visit, but I was given a detailed analysis of the health of my mouth and teeth. Very much appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly and reassuring manner of Mr Shah.

Vik has been my dentist for many (forget just how many) years. The fact that my teeth/mouth is ln such good shape at my age is down to him and his assistant Lisa. ...a great 4 handed dental team. I think very well of them.

Excellent dental practice, who make it easy to book an appointment. As a nervous patient I find Dene Dental look after me very well. Vik talks you through every stage of treatment should you need it. As well as ensuring pain free treatments Vik has worked hard to help me to prevent decay. The dental nurses are excellent and work hard to make me feel safe and comfortable. All the dental work I have had done over many years as a patient has been of an exceptional standard. Highly recommend.

I’ve had multiple injections at other dentists in the past, and they were honestly horrific—but Will administered several during my treatment plan, and they were by far the most gentle I’ve ever experienced. At every visit, I was kept informed of exactly what was happening, which really helped put me at ease. I can honestly say I’m so happy with the end result! Tarryn has been so friendly and kind in the aftercare directly after treatment and calling to check in the following day. Everything is explained in detail, she is an asset to the centre

Each staff member knows their brief ,answer all questions and leave you feeling very very confident . Did I mention how friendly everyone is? Such lovely people...Dr Bozis was so honest about what needed to happen .. although it meant he didn't get to do the job he is well qualified to do ! It was clear he wanted what was best for ME and how I felt about certain procedures....what a delight to meet so many nice people in one morning!!!

At my emergency appointment the staff was very quick to not only fix up my issue with a temporary solution on the day but they even provided advice for long term solutions. I managed to get an appointment to carry out the repairs for the following day! This was efficiently carried out by Dr Zeinab Marzoog who was so patient and knowledgable and despite my dread for dental procedures made me feel very comfortable and informed. I would highly reckommend this dental practice!

Since becoming a patient (NHS) at berry lane dentist I have found their treatment excellent. I have got good notifications & telephone service. I had a silver crown fitted with no pain or discomfort. The hygienists are very capable & overall I have found their treatment to be very professional.

Over the weekend I developed severe severe pain due to an infected tooth and infection on the roof of my mouth. I went to my regular dental surgery where I am registered and asked for an emergency appointment and was told they had nothing for that day and they would call me. In fairness they did call me and offered an appointment on Wednesday. Two more days of intense suffering. So I called 111 and sought some advice. I was called back from Berry Lane by the dental nurse and asked to come in at 6.30pm. My wife drove me the 26 miles and the dentist who was brilliant saw me. The infected tooth was extracted and the infection site drained. Instant relief from the excruciating pain and suffering. She and the practice were brilliant . They saved me from two more days of suffering and sent a report to my regular dentist. Thanks for all your help and being able to see me at such short notice 🙏

Dr Mira, my dentist, supported me through a very stressful time improving the health and progress of my gum disease. She managed to stabilise this following a very extensive treatment program over a period of a few months. She gave me very detailed advice and told me how to best look after my teeth. I have never had this level of support and encouragement from a dentist previously and I’m not fully motivated to look after my teeth like I never have done before. Surgery was clean and well lit And the reception professional and communicated well. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to this practice and absolutely recommend them.

Just had an emergency appointment for my mother who is 92 years young. Outstanding experience from the receptionist to the dentist Very kind and understanding. My mother's tooth front is now back in place and she is smiling. Thankyou for fitting her in especially on a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommend 👌
