At my emergency appointment the staff was very quick to not only fix up my issue with a temporary solution on the day but they even provided advice for long term solutions. I managed to get an appointment to carry out the repairs for the following day! This was efficiently carried out by Dr Zeinab Marzoog who was so patient and knowledgable and despite my dread for dental procedures made me feel very comfortable and informed. I would highly reckommend this dental practice!

Since becoming a patient (NHS) at berry lane dentist I have found their treatment excellent. I have got good notifications & telephone service. I had a silver crown fitted with no pain or discomfort. The hygienists are very capable & overall I have found their treatment to be very professional.

I had an emergency appointment this evening. I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever been to! Kieran and the dental nurse were amazing. So kind and understanding. A clean lovely dental practise. The dentist made sure I was not in any pain or discomfort through the whole process of a route canal and filling. If I could give them ten stars I would!

I recently visited Berry Lane Dental Clinic and had a great experience. Dr. Zainab Marzouk was highly professional and did an excellent job with my treatment. Vik has been my dentist for many (forget just how many) years. The fact that my teeth/mouth is ln such good shape at my age is down to him and his assistant Lisa. ...a great 4 handed dental team. I think very well of them.

Dene Dental Practise Northwood Vik Shah has been my dentist for many years. Throughout that time he has always made each visit as comfortable as possible. At routine checkups he will carry out a thorough examination using modern equipment and advise you how to improve your brushing and flossing technique. Also, importantly, how to look after your gums. If major works needs doing he will explain why the problem has arisen and options that are available. He will explain in plain language what these are, how long it will take and the cost. He leaves the choice to you but will advise if asked. There is never any pressure for a quick decision. At all times he will keep any discomfort to a minimum and will use modern injections if required. His dental assistant will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Finally, when it comes to booking appointments the receptionist is very helpful especially for emergencies. If you require a highly skilled dentist who uses state of the art technology, the finest materials, and has a good team around him I recommend Vik Shah.

Had a sudden problem with one of my teeth, resulting in some pain. I was able to make an appointment with Mr Shah as a new patient, and was seen the following day. Not only was my problem resolved on the first visit, but I was given a detailed analysis of the health of my mouth and teeth. Very much appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly and reassuring manner of Mr Shah.

Excellent dental practice, who make it easy to book an appointment. As a nervous patient I find Dene Dental look after me very well. Vik talks you through every stage of treatment should you need it. As well as ensuring pain free treatments Vik has worked hard to help me to prevent decay. The dental nurses are excellent and work hard to make me feel safe and comfortable. All the dental work I have had done over many years as a patient has been of an exceptional standard. Highly recommend.

Ric has done fantastic work for me, truly transformative. I have had extensive treatment and he has been fantastic each time I have visited. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, particularly anyone who needs intensive or significant work done. I was incredibly apprehensive about having such intensive treatment done but Ric well and truly put those fears to bed. You can tell he is a man solely focused on the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his patients, and that attitude clearly pays off as I’m incredibly satisfied and will be using him again for any future work I may need doing. I was so nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction but in the end it was so unnecessary, the dentists were so good at calming me down and they made sure I was comfortable as it was so obvious that I was really nervous. Ric did a great job with the extraction and the procedure just lasted a few minutes, I didn’t feel any pain at all and I was surprised how quickly he extracted my wisdom teeth! I then came back for the bicarbonate teeth cleaning after 3 weeks with Leen and it was great too, it was lovely how she pointed out some bad practice in my dental routine and she gave me tips and recommendations on how to improve it. I will definitely recommend these dentists to my family and friends, it was a great experience overall!

Fantastic dentist, team and service. Very friendly and caring, always looking to save teeth rather than remove. I would say he is a perfectionist that takes pride in his work and takes the time to explain your options and give his advice and guidance. Trustworthy and attentive to the customers needs. I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

My case wasn’t straightforward and the last dentist referred me to the well known specialist team in central London, however I wasn’t impressed with the initial consultation and felt there was too much focus on treatments that were not the priority at the time. My experience with Regency House Dental Clinic was positive from the start and I intuitively felt I was in safe hands. After the initial consultation I promptly received clear treatment plan which involved extraction, bone graft, gum reshaping, implants, veneers. All procedures were done with impressive attention to detail and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I couldn’t recommend the Regency House dental team any higher. Thank you to dr. One of the best dentist we have been to! I have an autistic child and the dentist is so patient and calm with him. She always explains what she’s doing. And she does not pressure the kids into hurrying up. She makes sure they are comfortable! We are so lucky to have a dentist in the area that is so good with the children!

Dr Indumini and Roshan were so kind and considerate with me especially as they knew I have a fear of dentists, they kept reassuring me and gave me all the time I needed when they were checking my teeth. Even when checking they were they were really careful and gentle so I wasn’t in pain, and whenever they saw me in distress they slowed down/stopped until I told them it was okay. Truly a brilliant doctor/team! Thank you!

Excellent experience. I took my daughter here and received excellent care. They were calm and relaxed with her (she has an anxious disposition). They sent the necessary referral without delay and have always responded to my emails by emailing back or by calling me directly with an update/response. I highly recommend this dental clinic. They prove to be professional and on top of things even during these difficult times. The reception staff are highly efficient and always pass on information to the dentist so I feel very appreciative to be listed as one of their patients. All the staff at this dental clinic are caring and ould certainly recommend them. :)

Really good dentist, the staff are friendly, the receptionist is lovely and the dentist that I saw Reshma was excellent. I am not very good with visits to the dentist usually and she took her time was very patient & understanding and made every effort to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a good friendly dental practice, especially if like me, you don't like visits to the dentist usually.

Overall amazing practice. They always look after me when I go in, I can not recommend it enough. The receptionist is great, my dentist is Miss/Mrs Patel. She always goes in depth to help me better understand my teeth and any problems or improvements are always thoroughly explained. An easy 5 stars.

I visited this dentist for the 1st time today for a check up (my previous dentist of 30 years retired at the start of the year). I'm very anxious about going to the dentist, even though I've never had any treatment. I saw Reshma Patel and she was kind, considerate and amazing at explaining everything and taking her time. I felt in safe hands. The nurse was equally lovely and reassuring. Pleased my teeth are fine, and that I left feeling this was a practice who will do their best to ensure they remain in good condition. Can't recommend highly enough, especially for anyone who is scared of visiting the dentist.

I never leave reviews, but Eastcote Dental absolutely deserves one. I came all the way from Toronto, Canada to gain some work experience here, and I’m so glad I did. Dr Mira, my dentist, supported me through a very stressful time improving the health and progress of my gum disease. She managed to stabilise this following a very extensive treatment program over a period of a few months. She gave me very detailed advice and told me how to best look after my teeth. I have never had this level of support and encouragement from a dentist previously and I’m not fully motivated to look after my teeth like I never have done before. Surgery was clean and well lit And the reception professional and communicated well. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to this practice and absolutely recommend them.

Just had an emergency appointment for my mother who is 92 years young. Outstanding experience from the receptionist to the dentist Very kind and understanding. A great experience having my crown replaced. So professional. I even had a colour match to ensure no difference would be noticed. I also felt no pain which is important to me. have lived with crooked teeth for 40+ years and despite Sue’s efforts to help my gums I was always struggling to keep my teeth in good nick. In no way a criticism of DDS, but my frequent visits to the hygienist were costing me a lot of money and I was stuck in a loop of having crooked hard to brush teeth and gums that seemed to enjoy snagging any smelly food to later embarrass me with bad breath. I had spoken to Sue and also the dentist about braces but the cost required were out of my price range and I also required jaw surgery to realign my top & bottom jaw as for some reason they had fallen out with each other! I was looking at around £24,000 of treatments at a time when I was struggling to stay on top of my hygienist payments, Sue and the DDS took this on board and though they couldn’t offer me ‘mates rates’ Sue was able to successfully refer me to the NHS. I don’t want to put DDS in a position where they’re held hostage to my admittedly unique experience but it was pretty amazing that a business that needs to make money to survive was able to do this for me and I suspect the reason is because ultimately Sue and the wider team genuinely care about their patients. I was referred to the Eastman University in London where I was offered free hygienist appointments, had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted, wore fixed braces for 2 years and my jaw is now in line. Aside from my travel into London this was all free. I should also mention that the team at Eastman had to present to the board on the merits of offering me all this and I also had to give a little recap on what had got me to this point in front of them but today as I write this I’m on a packed train and I no longer have the shame of keeping my mouth clamped shut from shame of people seeing me and judging me on my teeth. The day after my braces were off and my permanent retainers were fitted, the first thing I did was book a hygienist appointment at DDS, I’m pretty careful with money for sure but I knew that Sue would get a kick out of seeing me again and to pay DDS for the incredibly valuable NHS referral. One final thing to mention is that between me getting referred and actually being in front of someone at Eastman - it was about 18 months.

I am a very nervous dental patient, but I needed work doing. Dr Paras was fantastic. He was so kind, understanding and patient with me. And with no judgement for having left it too long between visits. He made a very anxious time much more bearable. I had a fair bit of work done, with only some discomfort afterwards. I had to use this dentist for some unexpected work at short-notice, as I was away from my normal dentist. I got an appointment within a few days. They seemed very helpful, friendly and professional, both on the reception desk and in the surgery. As well as doing the needed work, they carried out a thorough inspection and provided information well beyond the minimum. I was well impressed.

What great customer care, I am a very nervous patient, and have put off having composite bonding, for fear of spending time in the chair. I explained all of this and we agreed to break the treatment down into manageable chunks for me planning one tooth at a time and if ok with me then 2. Dr. Jamal at Nur smiles is an excellent practitioner. He is both kind and professional. His bedside manner is impeccable. I truly appreciate his calm demeanor. It gave me a sense of peace.
