I came across Nur Smiles Clinic when I was searching for a good place to start my Invisalign treatment, from start to finish all was super super excellent, I was looked after by Dr Rashid who is simply the best,he is the kindest and down to earth doctor, has so much patience and explained everything so professionally throughout my treatment, nothing is a problem or a bother, he always looked after me so well,listens to his patients and advises on the best and safest options, my teeth were straigth in less than 5 months i also one composite bonding and the whitening to finish it off, i can smile with comfidence now! this place is now my place for my dental check up! I can not stress enough how brilliant it is here ,if you are looking for invisalign/ composite bonding or any other teeth treatment this is the place, they also have interest free payments plans so you will not struggle paying it all at once. A huge thank you to Dr Rashid for my invisalign journey, very very happy with the outcome, not to forget the lovely staff as well from reception to dental nurses all are awesome.big thank you to you all.

What great customer care, I am a very nervous patient, and have put off having composite bonding, for fear of spending time in the chair. I explained all of this and we agreed to break the treatment down into manageable chunks for me planning one tooth at a time and if ok with me then 2. The treatment was so easy and quick and I would recommend to anyone who has the same issues as me. First class experience Nur Smiles has it right!

I have been looking for a reliable and credible dentist for over 3 years now, and I cannot express my gratitude for Dr Rashid. He is the go to guy, for all things dental! Dr. Jamal at Nur smiles is an excellent practitioner. He is both kind and professional. His bedside manner is impeccable. I truly appreciate his calm demeanor. It gave me a sense of peace. And with no judgement for having left it too long between visits. He made a very anxious time much more bearable. I had a fair bit of work done, with only some discomfort afterwards. Just had an emergency appointment for my mother who is 92 years young. Outstanding experience from the receptionist to the dentist Very kind and understanding. Dr Mira, my dentist, supported me through a very stressful time improving the health and progress of my gum disease. She managed to stabilise this following a very extensive treatment program over a period of a few months. She gave me very detailed advice and told me how to best look after my teeth. I have never had this level of support and encouragement from a dentist previously and I’m not fully motivated to look after my teeth like I never have done before. Surgery was clean and well lit And the reception professional and communicated well. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to this practice and absolutely recommend them.

I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

My case wasn’t straightforward and the last dentist referred me to the well known specialist team in central London, however I wasn’t impressed with the initial consultation and felt there was too much focus on treatments that were not the priority at the time. My experience with Regency House Dental Clinic was positive from the start and I intuitively felt I was in safe hands. After the initial consultation I promptly received clear treatment plan which involved extraction, bone graft, gum reshaping, implants, veneers. Ric has done fantastic work for me, truly transformative. I have had extensive treatment and he has been fantastic each time I have visited. You can tell he is a man solely focused on the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his patients, and that attitude clearly pays off as I’m incredibly satisfied and will be using him again for any future work I may need doing. Fantastic dentist, team and service. Very friendly and caring, always looking to save teeth rather than remove. I would say he is a perfectionist that takes pride in his work and takes the time to explain your options and give his advice and guidance. Trustworthy and attentive to the customers needs. From first contacting the practice to explain my current situation, needing some extensive work to repair a broken tooth and replace a missing temporary filling replacing an original metal filling, the practice staff were great and efficient. The Practice is convenient with parking directly adjacent and also a very welcoming environment. I was under the care of Dr Yerbury and can only say the care received was excellent, with much time taken to explain first the options for the treatments and then covering each step of the process. During the 4 months of the treatment plan for my gum issue, I have found the administrative staff at Reception always courteous, friendly, and ready to solve my queries. I have been using Mount Vernon Dental specialists for many years and have had excellent treatment from Dr Zanaboni for 2 implants. I also had a referral from my local dentist in Hertfordshire for complicated treatment as they are the best for miles around. Great practice , Great Doctors and receptionists. We have moved now but any concerns we go to Mount Vernon Dental Specialists. My wife and I happily travelled 3hrs to see them today for treatment as their care is outstanding.

As a nervous patient it was recommended that my treatment be carried out here using conscious sedation. Everyone was so kind and caring, my dentist was just lovely, and she made sure that I was always comfortable and happy with each stage of treatment. My dentist is Dr Nisha Farma and she has been looking after my teeth and all my family members for many year now. Dr Farma is truly a wonderful dentist and an expert on what she does. I feel confident, stress free and happy to attend my dental appointment with her. All the nurses, receptionist are marvellous they take care of you very well along with the dentist.
