I have had THE most transformational journey at Bow House Dental, Tring, with the incredible skills of surgeon Dr Michael Ellis. I had been looking for years for a solution to an issue which had me feeling like no one could help. Dr Ellis not only found a solution, he created a huge transformation and was incredibly professional and present. I can honestly say that the care at Bow House has been consistent, caring, considerate and at every stage I was listened to, consulted and supported. So THANK YOU - for all that you do. Dr Ellis is hugely talented, I couldn't recommend you enough, and he has the best playlist too, as when you are there for a 16 teeth transformation you definitely need good music!

Today was the day I'd been both excited for and dreading in equal measure!! Implant surgery!!! I'd managed to eat half a banana on the way to the practice but couldn't manage anything else. On arrival, Richard was absolutely delightful, immediately putting me at ease 🙂 I was given an antibiotic powder drink and sat relaxing in reception. When I went through to the surgery with Caroline, the nurse, Mikey and Ed were waiting for me with a warm greeting and smiles 😃. I sat in the chair and the procedure was explained clearly. This really helped. During the injection to numb the area, Caroline spoke very calmly, reminding me to take deep breaths and relax. After this, I actually felt absolutely nothing!! Some mild vibration at a couple of points but, generally the entire process was smooth, relaxing and I felt completely in safe hands at all times. I am delighted with the wonderful care from Mikey and the Bowhouse team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mikey and assure you that you will be in the safest of hands before, during and after the procedure 💙

We are so grateful to have found Bow house which is by far the best dental practice we have ever been to and we were treated more like family than customers. Me and my partner both are so happy with the treatment and the care we received by an incredible team. I am a very nervous patient and required more surgical treatments and this would not have been possible anywhere else, Bow House are fantastic at supporting nervous patients and the whole team make you feel safe, informed and at ease. You will be greeted by Richard the busiest man in the UK who is also the nicest man we have ever met and in our opinion is one of the key cogs to the practice. Richard is so helpful and goes above and beyond for his patients. Even if problems arise, Richard will find solutions and his relationships with patients is clear to see. We love coming in and chatting whilst we wait to be seen (Yes Richard also somehow finds time to talk with us whilst answering calls continuously in the reception). He is the epitome of the swan analogy and a huge thank you from the both of us for everything. The whole team are amazing and we would also like to acknowledge the excellent service from Anne Marie, Marta, Debbie, David, Mikey, Ed M & Ed B in particular. From start to finish the Bow House team, Ben, Wendy, Dr. Pithwa and all the nursing staff, have been nothing short of amazing! They make you feel right at home, nothing is too much trouble for them. I had Invisalign, and have had amazing results! Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs! :)

I went to see Dr Ed Bottrill following a recommendation. I am so pleased I did. The dental work I needed lasted around 18months. Ed put me at ease from day one. Above all he was very transparent about the treatment, the pros and cons, what the next steps would be and what I would need to do to ensure I got the best outcome. This level of transparent comms was fantastic and in my view is extremely rare. His manner is extremely professional, friendly and supportive - I cannot emphasise this enough. His enthusiasm did not wane through the treatment process. I actually felt like I was his only client. I recommended my wife to see Ed too as she is an extremely nervous patient, and he has made feel completely comfortable in one visit. I cannot recommended Ed enough to anyone needing a dentist. You would think that Bowhouse Dental is his business, in the way he communicates and upholds strong values around client care and communication. 5 stars do not do him justice and Bowhouse Dental are extremely fortunate to have him.

I can’t recommend Sophie enough. She is very thorough with the treatment she delivered. She also provides a fantastic consultative approach where you feel as if you’re able to discuss your desired result, with her providing some great recommendations, but with absolutely no pressure to follow that treatment. Trusting someone who is going to provide treatments on your face is paramount for me and I know I’ve go that with Sophie.

I have had such a positive experience with Sophie. Having had previous Botox treatments with another practitioner it is nerve wracking to trust someone new but I have been so impressed with her detailed, thorough and personalised approach. The results are better than I have previously experienced and I feel are much more natural and tailored to my own face, and I will be recommending her to friends and look forward to ongoing treatments in the future.

I was never tempted to get lip filler because of its unnatural look, but once I’d see the amazing natural lips that Sophie had created on a bunch of my friends, I had to give it a go. I would never had gone to anyone else and I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful new pout. You won’t get duck lips with Sophie as we see on so many people.She always remains reassuring and explains what she’s doing as she works. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks Sophie🥰🥰🥰

Sophie is amazing! It’s hard to find someone to trust when it comes to aesthetics, but I trust Sophie 100%. I respect her opinion, she is completely honest if she feels something would not be the best option.

Was booked for a clean, then check up on 28/3/25. After hearing the lady before me’s comments to reception about her experience with the locum hygienist, I informed reception that I did not want the same experience and she was remarkably understanding and professional. Huelwen was brilliant, as always.

I joined this dentist surgery about 3 years ago, and their patient-centric approach has been a real breath of fresh air. I've also just completed a program of Invisalign with Rishi Shah and I'm very pleased with the results. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist was very proffesional and caring. I was put at ease during treatment by being informed of every proceedure she was about to do. The provision of a tv screen above your head was a great distraction from the proceedure in progress. A very comfortable experience.

Had a hairline crack in my denture and the lady not only fixed the crack but strengthened both sides so that the other side would not crack later. Took 30 minutes to do at a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend this dentist, I am 73 years old and have known so many dentists in my life time. I was in extreme pain, they booked me in for the next morning, pin pointed my tooth problem, and sorted it there and then, thank you to Bhavya and her assistant, all the best Gary Hearn

I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

Dr Natasha is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. She is kind, patient and really cares. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy with the results of the work being done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I am very pleased with my experience at Regency with Dr. Francesca Bonatti. She was incredibly friendly and a delight to meet. Francesca communicated every step of the process clearly before proceeding, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Her gentle and detailed approach made the experience even more reassuring. I also appreciated that she did not immediately suggest unnecessary treatments. Instead, she recommended monitoring my teeth and only returning for further consultation if any changes occurred. I received a wonderful service from dentist Katherine Hamblett, having 3 replaced crowns and tooth whitening. Katherine and dental nurse Clare spent a long time ensuring a perfect colour match for my front teeth. Katherine listened to all my worries and understood what was important to me. The whole procedure was absolutely painless. I feel really confident and happy with my new teeth!

My son (7) just had his first visit to see Karen the hygienist at Admiral House. He was really anxious before we went but Karen put him totally at ease. She was so patient and took the time to talk him through everything she was doing and showed him all the tools before she used them. I have to say I have had Avery pleasant experience at the dentist , nit something you normally here about dentist visits but I have had teeth whitening, white fillings and many other visits and would highly rate my Dentist Meera and nurse Harshil. Recently changed my dentist after moving in the area. The service provided is excellent, starting from registration, booking my 1st appointment and attending it. Receptionist guided me through the forms that needed to be completed, and my dentist took her time and explained everything. I had a filling and a cleaning done, really smooth procedure. After losing my confidence in seeing a dentist for many years, I finally decided that is time to book an appointment, and I was surprised to see how much dedication and commitment the team showed, especially for a really nervous patient. I had multiple treatments, and each one of them was pain and stress free. They are flexible, and that is a huge advantage for me due to my work hours. I have been going to MyDentist since I moved to the area. I can wholeheartedly say I've never had a dentist as good as Susan. She fixed a tooth that had cracks in it (despite me missing a previous appointment) along with a couple of additional fixes I needed. Prior to Susan, any experience I had of dentists was mostly painful, but that is not the case with her. Always takes good care of me and I very much appreciate her, thank you Susan!

After many years of being dental phobic after another dentist caused me much unnecessary pain by not listening to me when I told them I was in pain during treatments, and one excruciating root canal that never really settled down after treatment, I was very reluctant to ever sit in another dentist chair again. Eventually I had no choice but to bite the bullet due to a tooth giving me magor issues and I got in to see Dr Isha Sran, after 2 very major rounds of work my dental phobia became a thing of the past. She is so attentive and listens to her patients, her assistant also puts one well at ease too - a wonderful partnership when in the chair. In the time I've been visiting the Berkhamsted surgery I've gone from being the worst dental phobic person ever, to a very confident patient and it's all thanks to Isha.
