I was never tempted to get lip filler because of its unnatural look, but once I’d see the amazing natural lips that Sophie had created on a bunch of my friends, I had to give it a go. I would never had gone to anyone else and I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful new pout. You won’t get duck lips with Sophie as we see on so many people.She always remains reassuring and explains what she’s doing as she works. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks Sophie🥰🥰🥰

I have had such a positive experience with Sophie. Having had previous Botox treatments with another practitioner it is nerve wracking to trust someone new but I have been so impressed with her detailed, thorough and personalised approach. The results are better than I have previously experienced and I feel are much more natural and tailored to my own face, and I will be recommending her to friends and look forward to ongoing treatments in the future.

Had lips, botox and filler with dr sophie - she is excellent. I do not want the Instagram look and she get this - she is a very safe pair of hands who treats it like art. Takes such care, and really wants you to look refreshed and well without it being obvious. As a dentist she knows facial nerves so understands the process in a way your average beautician does not. I have had THE most transformational journey at Bow House Dental, Tring, with the incredible skills of surgeon Dr Michael Ellis. I had been looking for years for a solution to an issue which had me feeling like no one could help. Dr Ellis not only found a solution, he created a huge transformation and was incredibly professional and present. I can honestly say that the care at Bow House has been consistent, caring, considerate and at every stage I was listened to, consulted and supported. So THANK YOU - for all that you do. Dr Ellis is hugely talented, I couldn't recommend you enough, and he has the best playlist too, as when you are there for a 16 teeth transformation you definitely need good music!

Today was the day I'd been both excited for and dreading in equal measure!! Implant surgery!!! I'd managed to eat half a banana on the way to the practice but couldn't manage anything else. On arrival, Richard was absolutely delightful, immediately putting me at ease 🙂 I was given an antibiotic powder drink and sat relaxing in reception. When I went through to the surgery with Caroline, the nurse, Mikey and Ed were waiting for me with a warm greeting and smiles 😃. I sat in the chair and the procedure was explained clearly. This really helped. During the injection to numb the area, Caroline spoke very calmly, reminding me to take deep breaths and relax. After this, I actually felt absolutely nothing!! Some mild vibration at a couple of points but, generally the entire process was smooth, relaxing and I felt completely in safe hands at all times. I am delighted with the wonderful care from Mikey and the Bowhouse team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mikey and assure you that you will be in the safest of hands before, during and after the procedure 💙

We are so grateful to have found Bow house which is by far the best dental practice we have ever been to and we were treated more like family than customers. Me and my partner both are so happy with the treatment and the care we received by an incredible team. We love coming in and chatting whilst we wait to be seen (Yes Richard also somehow finds time to talk with us whilst answering calls continuously in the reception). Had a hairline crack in my denture and the lady not only fixed the crack but strengthened both sides so that the other side would not crack later. Took 30 minutes to do at a reasonable price.

I joined this dentist surgery about 3 years ago, and their patient-centric approach has been a real breath of fresh air. I've also just completed a program of Invisalign with Rishi Shah and I'm very pleased with the results. I live abroad and the practice have been incredibly helpful at flexing around my schedule and timelines. Highly recommended for both cosmetic dentistry and normal. Freddie and Moira are an excellent dentistry team, Phillipa, hygienist and young assistant are very thorough, reception helpful and efficient. Not many people enjoy a visit to the dentist, but when it’s a requirement, this practice is to be highly recommended!

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist was very proffesional and caring. I was put at ease during treatment by being informed of every proceedure she was about to do. The provision of a tv screen above your head was a great distraction from the proceedure in progress. A very comfortable experience.

My case wasn’t straightforward and the last dentist referred me to the well known specialist team in central London, however I wasn’t impressed with the initial consultation and felt there was too much focus on treatments that were not the priority at the time. My experience with Regency House Dental Clinic was positive from the start and I intuitively felt I was in safe hands. After the initial consultation I promptly received clear treatment plan which involved extraction, bone graft, gum reshaping, implants, veneers. All procedures were done with impressive attention to detail and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I couldn’t recommend the Regency House dental team any higher. Thank you to dr. I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

I am very pleased with my experience at Regency with Dr. Francesca Bonatti. She was incredibly friendly and a delight to meet. Francesca communicated every step of the process clearly before proceeding, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Her gentle and detailed approach made the experience even more reassuring. I also appreciated that she did not immediately suggest unnecessary treatments. Instead, she recommended monitoring my teeth and only returning for further consultation if any changes occurred. I needed dental implants & was lucky enough to have found Raj Patade who came highly recommend to me. Having completed my treatment now, I understand Raj is the best recommendation I could have had. It wasn't until the planning & treatment had started that I began to realise the enormous amount of work & skill needed for my personal situation. I needed various bone grafts; sinus lifts as well as other procedures in order to have 7 implants fitted at the end. Raj was amazing, he explained everything to me & answered all my questions & reassured me throughout. I realised the importance of choosing an implant specialist & became aware that Raj has all the necessary skills probably beyond that of many, to the highest level; I had read about his many years of training & experience & also discussed some of it with him. He is an expert in his trade & I trust him implicitly. Raj is innovative & constantly looking at ways to improve treatments also new treatments in order to provide optimum benefits to his patients. Since my treatment, I have reflected how wise I was to chose Raj Patade to carry out my dental implant treatment instead of going abroad or elsewhere. It would have cost me more to have treatment abroad if I could have found a specialist for what I needed. The many times I needed to visit & cost of accommodation apart from extra stress I might have incurred was a consideration. It was important for me to feel safe in the hands of the dentist who was carrying out, at times invasive procedures knowing that the cost to my wellbeing was constantly being highly considered. I should also add that his wonderful dental nurse Leah became very important to me at every visit. She is also highly trained & works closely with Raj & played a large part in helping me to feel at ease when dealing with some of the more difficult procedures. I received a wonderful service from dentist Katherine Hamblett, having 3 replaced crowns and tooth whitening. Katherine and dental nurse Clare spent a long time ensuring a perfect colour match for my front teeth. Katherine listened to all my worries and understood what was important to me. The whole procedure was absolutely painless. I feel really confident and happy with my new teeth!

After many years of being dental phobic after another dentist caused me much unnecessary pain by not listening to me when I told them I was in pain during treatments, and one excruciating root canal that never really settled down after treatment, I was very reluctant to ever sit in another dentist chair again. Eventually I had no choice but to bite the bullet due to a tooth giving me magor issues and I got in to see Dr Isha Sran, after 2 very major rounds of work my dental phobia became a thing of the past. She is so attentive and listens to her patients, her assistant also puts one well at ease too - a wonderful partnership when in the chair. In the time I've been visiting the Berkhamsted surgery I've gone from being the worst dental phobic person ever, to a very confident patient and it's all thanks to Isha.

My family and I have been coming to My Dentist Berkhamsted for many years. Dorota the dentist is fabulous and the reception team are great too. My son recently paid for the enlighten teeth whitening with Dorota and is very happy.

I have been going to MyDentist since I moved to the area. I can wholeheartedly say I've never had a dentist as good as Susan. She fixed a tooth that had cracks in it (despite me missing a previous appointment) along with a couple of additional fixes I needed. Prior to Susan, any experience I had of dentists was mostly painful, but that is not the case with her. Always takes good care of me and I very much appreciate her, thank you Susan!
