Excellent service. Same day fix for a leak on a Friday afternoon. Older property with tricky plumbing. Repeat customer due to excellent service from the knowledgable and friendly Lee at prices that don't make you cry. Highly recommend.

I have used LK Power heating for a good few years now on any problems I’ve had plumbing related. Lee is very reliable and accurate with when he is able to get the job done and not expensive at all. Very good tradesman.

On the completion day of our new home my partner and I found out we had a leak. This was a stressful experience for us but James came to visit within a couple of hours to scope out the problem and offer us some solutions. I’m writing this review on Christmas Eve after James has visited us to fix a mystery leak. He identified the source and resolved quickly. James is clearly an expert in his field. He saved Christmas for us this year as things would have been tricky with no water supply! 100% recommend.

Had a problem with my boiler not firing up and Raff came to my place within a hour. He was very thorough and fixed the problem we were having. His prices are very reasonable & we will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues we may have.

We moved into a new house and the boiler broke the next day. Phoned up and Raff came round in 90 minutes on the dot. He got the boiler working again and gave excellent advice. Great service and very helpful, definitely recommend.

Late Friday afternoon my boiler stopped working. Raf came out and diagnosed the pump had stopped working. Even though it was gone 5 o'clock he managed to get a replacement and fit it that evening. Excellent service and tidy workmanship.

Today I had a new gas fitted from this man plumbing in Hamilton and a wonderful job. Everything works perfect cleaned up afterwards. He even showed me exactly how it all works retested it three times but everything can place and then ask me if I’d like if you would like me, if you would like him to take the rubbish out and put it in the dustbin, I think he’s a very good worker and I will always use him so don’t forget you know to ring his number is on my page.

Absolute Top Quality with Top Plumb Hired this company on recommendation of another local plumber who didn't cover my area, and from the initial email with Office staff, Kevin visited and discussed my requirements and gave recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered honestly and quickly. The quote prepared was in the middle of two others, but as Kevin explained the pros of my boiler and the benefits it would give I decided to hire them. The workmanship from all members who visited my property was 1st class, the carpets were protected from the start and the work done to the highest quality and everything was left clean and tidy on departure. I will be using them again in the future for my annual servicing, as they are a company I would highly recommend to others and the staff know what they are doing and the service top class. Its not always easy to find these days, so keep it up and keep doing what your doing!

Top Plumb has replaced my old boiler with a new, efficient model that is hydrogen-ready and can work with a heat pump. They have worked hard all week. Kevin and Andy are the best team to work with to install a new hybrid heat pump. From the heat loss survey through to installation was about 4 weeks and the work they did was of extremely high quality. They’ve really helped me reduce my bills but also get a new reliable and well installed system in place that provides great heating and loads of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two of the best Heat Geeks that’s for sure!!

After some failed DIY, I needed emergency plumbing to fix my leaky toilet. Lee and his team were great, arriving within the hour and sorting everything out efficiently. Everything sorted with no fuss which helped massively in placating my partner!

We experienced an emergency flood today and after a quick search online I called LT Plumbing and Heating. I couldn’t be more impressed. Lee and his colleague Reneekay were on their lunch break between jobs but still managed to arrive within 15 minutes ready to help. They immediately sprang into action and their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Not only were they incredibly efficient but they were also kind, approachable and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. In the urgency of the moment I didn’t ask about pricing as I was just desperate to get the flooding under control. Really helpful and professional company. Need urgent help in getting boiler working due to an air lock in the system. Also connected new radiator to the heating system. Very happy with the guys who came round, very polite and helpful. Completed all the work in a few hours. No mess and everything work as expected.

I have found the customer service and communication to be great with Lee and his team. When they came to do the works he tried several things to resolve our pressure issue with our boiler to try to not have us having to buy parts. Additionally they helped with a sink drainage issue and managed to fix an issue that had been happening for a while and made good and resealed wonderfully. The whole time I was kept informed, shown what the issues where and it was explained to me really well, including any cost implications. Highly recommend and will be using again!
