Came out on emergency call for blocked toilet pipe that was deep inside the pipe. All sorted now and I am so grateful for the speedy response. What a nice chap too. Highly recommend.

Great service from Wes and the Hemel team. Replaced old kitchen tap and sorted out a leak from old pipe. We then found another leak a week later and Wes came next day to sort this as well. Quick and reliable, highly recommend.

I have found the customer service and communication to be great with Lee and his team. When they came to do the works he tried several things to resolve our pressure issue with our boiler to try to not have us having to buy parts. Additionally they helped with a sink drainage issue and managed to fix an issue that had been happening for a while and made good and resealed wonderfully. The whole time I was kept informed, shown what the issues where and it was explained to me really well, including any cost implications. Highly recommend and will be using again!

We experienced an emergency flood today and after a quick search online I called LT Plumbing and Heating. I couldn’t be more impressed. Lee and his colleague Reneekay were on their lunch break between jobs but still managed to arrive within 15 minutes ready to help. They immediately sprang into action and their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Not only were they incredibly efficient but they were also kind, approachable and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. In the urgency of the moment I didn’t ask about pricing as I was just desperate to get the flooding under control. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I can’t recommend LT Plumbing and Heating enough. They’ve earned my trust and will be my go-to plumbers moving forward. A huge thank you to Lee and Reneekay for their exceptional service!

Really helpful and professional company. Need urgent help in getting boiler working due to an air lock in the system. Also connected new radiator to the heating system. Very happy with the guys who came round, very polite and helpful. Completed all the work in a few hours. No mess and everything work as expected.

Superb plumbers. We were introduced to Brad and Dave (Element Home Services) by our builder and what a stroke of luck that was. They came in to move some pipes around to install new radiators in new locations. We have a very old property with visible pipes. We would never have thought of it but by the time the lads installed the copper pipes with brass fixings *and polished the pipes as well* it looked amazing. They also have carried out boiler work and supply work for us and provided excellent advice regarding upgrading. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very very reliable. We cannot recommend them highly enough and over the years we have dealt with a lot of plumbers on a lot of projects. Superb!

Dave and the team always go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Each job they have completed for us has been carried out with professionalism and to the highest standard. Acorn plumbing have been our plumbers for over a decade since Alex fitted our new boiler over 13 years ago. The boiler has performed faultlessly since that time. Acorn plumbing have helped us countless times over the last decade. Most recently in the last few years, during the pandemic, when our water tank in the loft developed a crack and started leaking they moved heaven and earth to help us in what was very difficult circumstances. When we developed a leak in our kitchen roof, they were able to quickly trace the source and fix the problem. When we had a friend in her late 80’s came to stay with us after her pacemaker was fitted and our radiator in her room stopped working, Alex made time in a frantically busy day to repair the radiator. Most recently, when our heating stopped working, Catherine calmly talked us through what we needed to check and enabled us to swiftly figure out that the gas supply to our house had been switched off and we were able to immediately contact our gas supplier. In a world where it’s rare to be able to phone and speak to a real human who also has the resources to try and help you or point you the right direction they’re an absolute god-send. They turn up when they say they will, they’re clean, tidy, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. They are busy with good reason. All the locals and their customers know how good they are.

Acorn have serviced my boiler for a few years. My 15 year old boiler finally gave up so Lewis came today and installed a new boiler system. He was very thorough and professional and with the help of Killian had the system up and running again in no time and left my home clean and tidy. I was recommended to call Acorn by a friend who is a plumber. I figured that if a plumber recommended them, they must be good! And they were. We needed a boiler service, during which Alex identified a couple of issues which needed attention. Instead of charging an arm and a leg to repair a fairly old boiler, they came up with some innovative solutions that saved us a tonne of cash and which were very effective. Acorn's responsiveness - when other plumbers wouldn't even answer their phones - was amazing (it was winter, the heating and hot water supply had stopped working - we needed a plumber quickly!) They also have great back office support - giving swift advice. Would highly recommend.

I called up James after another plumber dropped out last minute - he came quickly and saved the day! We needed a dishwasher installed into a tiny old kitchen that had never previously had one - its been multiple weeks since installation and we couldn't be happier! I’m writing this review on Christmas Eve after James has visited us to fix a mystery leak. He identified the source and resolved quickly. James is clearly an expert in his field. He saved Christmas for us this year as things would have been tricky with no water supply! 100% recommend.

On the completion day of our new home my partner and I found out we had a leak. This was a stressful experience for us but James came to visit within a couple of hours to scope out the problem and offer us some solutions. It required some intricate plumbing but James achieved this to a high standard, within the timeframe we needed and whilst offering the best possible price he could. We have since asked him to help with a number of different issues in our house and he has always been helpful and completed it with a smile.
