Had an emergency leak and after being turned down by bigger companies LK turned up with 15 mins and repaired the leak (and helped clean up!). Thanks so much. Will deffo use again.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual (on all occasions), worked out the problems speedily, ordered the correct parts and fitted perfectly. All done with a smile too! I would recommend P&T Heating Services without hesitation.

I’ve used Tom from P&T Heating several times over recent years and each time I’ve been struck by his knowledge, skill and ability as a heating engineer. Not only is he really good at what he does but he does it in a methodical and polite manner and shows respect for my property and me. I also really appreciate how he explains things in a clear manner and doesn’t try to ‘pull the wool’ over my eyes. He is absolutely trustworthy and honest, and a really nice guy too. You don’t come across many tradespeople like Tom these days, so it’s easy to write this review because it’s so well deserved.😀👍

I had a very old boiler with associated parts replaced by P & T Heating services. The old materials were removed with minimum fuss and no mess. Installation of the new boiler was very quick and very efficient. All pipework was very neat and no compromises were made at any stage. I was kept fully informed at all stages and consulted regarding any decisions that had to be made. All in all an excellent job, Very pleased to have used their services. Will certainly use them again.

Tom from P & T Heating came to do a series of things, including changing a radiator, sorting out some loo flushing issues and most importantly, doing a power flush of our boiler and radiator system (which had stood fallow for about 25 years, so _not_ the easiest of jobs !). He was friendly, reliable, honest and efficient and did a great job with all we asked of him. Paulina (The P in P&T at a guess ?!) was efficient in keeping us posted with emails of everything from dates and times, through to billing. Tom also became a firm favourite with my three year old son because he came armed with fascinating tools, gave him a spare radiator value cover to play with (a big deal when you're 3 !) and was hugely enthusiastic when told "I want to be a builder when I grow up" ... Thanks Tom and Paulina, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone in need of your services.

I found SG Services when we moved into our new house last year and I’m so happy I did. Sylwester has done lots of work in the house, including installing new radiators, fixing our shower and installing a new nest system and each time he is nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and very honest. Sylwester and his team fitted my boiler 5 years ago, service it and are now fitting all the plumbing for my bathroom, kitchen, water softener etc. Old house and old plumbing to go with it, so the upgrade is long overdue. I needed help finding water shut-off points and needed to repair my outdoor tap. at 10:30 a.m., their plumber came to my house, which is close to elstree studios, and did an amazing job. legit! everything was explained in detail, and if i ever need further work done, i would definitely give this company another call!

This review is only for Matt who came to H. Close NW11 to fix our heating and hot water this evening 27th of September at 7pm. I normally dread the company employees, as most who previously worked here, were rude and disrespectful. Matt however was polite, kind and respectful, and for that I appreciate him. Great service I got from Hall and Randall. I called them for an emergency and they managed to get someone out the same day and do a repair. Also called them back to fix some radiators and look at our heating and both the plumber and heating engineer were lovely. Thanks again! Definitely recommend

I have used Hall & Randall for over 35 years for plumbing and heating works. This week I needed a plumber urgently and, although busy, they sent someone within an hour of my call. That's what I call great service.

I can’t recommend Abbots Maintenance enough, they are fantastic. My mum had no hot water in her house and Matthew came over and fixed it for her in no time at all. He said it had been such a simple job that he didn’t even charge her! The customer service with these guys is fantastic. They are polite and efficient over the phone and in person. It was a painless experience and I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

I have been using Abbotts Maintenance since late 2015 when our old boiler failed and they worked over the Christmas holiday to make sure we had heating and hot water (knowing we had a small child in the house at the time). Have used them for boiler service and other issues since (our timer failed a few weeks back and they sorted it promptly). Always responsive, always great service at reasonable rates. Called out a emergency plumber for my combi boiler, as it was leaking.Abbotts Maintenance arrived promptly, they repaired the boiler at a good price and also fixed a leaking tap as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone and already have my boiler booked in with them for a service in the up coming months.
