We needed are guttering redone so contacted goodfellas and the team where fast and polite leaving a clean site on completion would use again

I called Liam on a Sunday evening when I had a leak coming Through my bedroom roof, he came straight to me and within 15 minutes, he had resolved my issue would highly recommend him and his team.

We thought we simply had 1-2 slipped tiles! It quickly became clear that the damage was more severe. Liam talked us through the options of repair / complete renewal. Despite the cost we opted for a new roof as Supreme could remove/ re-install the existing solar panels. The team onsite were polite, efficient and left the site tidy each day. We were kept informed as to what was happening and when they would be onsite. The work has been done to the highest standard and really enhances the property. Supreme were flexible about funding everything at short notice. We thoroughly recommend them.

Had a card through the door saying that Radlett Roofing would be in the area doing cleaning and repairing gutters. As it happened I needed a repair to a joint in my gutters. Called them on Thursday around 4pm. had agreed an estimate, and they were with me 9am next mromning. William looked at the work and realised it was an easir repair than I described. Great company to deal with and great results. Sent John a request to clean the guttering on a rental property and he responded promptly with a reasonable price. A member of he’s team could attend the property within a week and did so. Our roof is an old one and turns out that it was pretty neglected. Excellent service from Chris and his team . All queries were replied quickly via e-mail or phone call. Soffit & new guttering fitted. The fitters were professional and polite . Worked hard all day and longer than usual to get the job done . Would definitely recommend and will use again for the next faze.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the next Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the following day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding in new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak, and a few other weak looking tiles. The roof was fixed just in time before a very large storm hit the area the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.
