Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Wow wow wow! If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would! Lucie was unbelievable and that’s an understatement! Our wedding took place at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire and Lucie knew her way around the venue, which meant we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was patient and understood our every need without us having to explain in depth. She gave us the reassurance we needed, to know our day would be perfect! On our wedding day, she took control of everything and even our guests were so complimentary of her! I had forgotten to write my name cards for the seating plan and told Lucie. She asked for all the names and the next minute, she’s printed them all out and placed them in the seats - always one step ahead! I was very nervous as my bridal entrance was approaching, but Lucie’s calm nature and warm personality completely relaxed me. She sorted out the trail of my dress without me even realising and guided me as I began my walk down the aisle, without even being seen by the guests. Honestly, I cannot recommend Lucy enough, you’d be lucky to have her! Aside from a fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucy was just a joy to have at our wedding!

I worked with Tichea when she co-ordinated, at Oastbrook Vineyard, a styled shoot. She had come up with the concept and, luckily for me, approached me to be the Celebrant on the day for the ceremony. From the very beginning I couldn't have been happier working with Tichea. Cacao catering and events catered and produced everything for my 40th birthday last night. All I can say is WOW!!! Kushan and his team listened to my brief and took it to the next level! Planning a wedding in London from the US seemed overwhelming, but Lucy made it easy. She helped us design a bespoke planning service that worked perfectly for what we needed. Choosing to work with her was the single best decision we made. Lucy is kind, understanding, flexible, organized and responsive. All the vendors she recommended were incredible and I never would have found them without her help. The day of our wedding ran seamlessly. I was so relaxed knowing Lucy had everything under control. The day was perfect and so much of that is due to her. Her team, Chris and Lorna, were also huge helps and so lovely to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional. The team were timely and able to get everything set up beautifully before guests started to arrive. I wish I had more photos to show but these are just a few of the pieces to show how beautifully everything went together. Kanika supplied me with some fabulous Christmas decorations (for the house) over the festive period. The service was seamless from beginning to end. Kanika took time to understand and discuss the brief, her team came in (within a few days) and made it all come to life beautifully. We made amendments along the way, again the team were beyond helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend them enough! Looking forward to working with them again soon.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. We enjoyed our our kids birthday party at Elstree Studios hosted by Soul Studio Events. What can i say the whole day was epic and the kids had a blast! Raj managed to get the best games for the kids and they was kept entertained the whole night. Beat the light game which the adults also loved lol The food was amazing too. Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. Zeleka and The Wedding Coordinators went so far above and beyond for our wedding, that I am not sure we have the superlatives to describe how incredible they were. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice for our special day. Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go from TWC. They met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the Kew Gardens team, and we were deeply impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. They worked closely with the incredible Events Team at Kew to organise the day for every single supplier, down to the minute. They even prepared all the finer details like floor, meal and seating plans. Honestly it was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our suppliers received their itinerary and schedule. Having seen the contents of these packs we were staggered by how detailed everything was. Every single supplier had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. Working with some of our suppliers was not an easy task, each one had unique requirements and some needed more hand holding than others. TWC took it all in their stride and ensured every supplier had what they needed for the day to be successful. As we drew closer to the day Zeleka kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. She let us know what she and her team needed from us ahead of the day, so we had ample time to prepare and supply it. The process felt very manageable, comprehensive and we felt as though nothing had been forgotten. From cake knives to heel protectors, seating plans to bubble guns, it all had been considered. We leaned on the TWC team also with a few personal requests, nothing was too big of an ask and Zeleka was happy to work our requirements into the plan for the day. Now, if the service leading up to the day was a ten out of ten, the performance on the day itself was a million out of ten. The day kicked off with TWC being in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. This allowed myself and my wife to focus on getting ready and just enjoying our day. I arrived at the venue first and it was clear that all the prep and planning had paid off, every single supplier was primed and in place to help deliver the most wonderful day for us. When my wife arrived everyone was in place for her to do her aisle walk, quartet, best man, flower girls - everything went so perfectly. The team also did such a fantastic job organising our families, getting them in place and comfortable for the ceremony, the photos and receptions. When my wife and I were taken to do our photos, we were accompanied by Grace from TWC who made sure we ran on time and looked after all the small details whilst we were away from our guests, from dress fixer to champagne and phone holder. The reception dinner, cake cutting and first dance all went off without a hitch. The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, and if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We honestly can't express how appreciative we are of Zeleka and the team, we certainly could not have done it without all their incredible help. We would recommend The Wedding Coordinators to anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.
