We cannot recommend dollys dimples weddings enough! We hired their AMAZING horse box photobooth for our wedding and they went down an absolute treat. We have had nothing but outstanding feedback from our guests about them! Annabel is so accommodating and professional, the booking process was so simple and stress free. Absolutely worth every penny! WE LOVE THEM!

We had the most amazing experience having Dolly dimples at our wedding yesterday! They arrived and was all set up so quickly and the Photo Booth went down a treat with our guests! Fantastic service and suppliers for our wedding in May 2025. Great communication and support throughout whole process. Annabel and her husband were friendly and relaxed during the games. Photo booth is a great addition as you get to take home photo album straight away. Great and ridiculous props - everything merry wedding guests could ask for! 10/10. I worked with Tichea when she co-ordinated, at Oastbrook Vineyard, a styled shoot. She had come up with the concept and, luckily for me, approached me to be the Celebrant on the day for the ceremony. Emily was fantastic, I had a few calls with florists/decorators, and I clicked with Emily immediately. I got such a good feeling from her and she absolutely understood the brief! We had a tight deadline for our wedding and Emily got a mood board over to us so quickly, it was exactly what I’d asked for and she included a few alternative choices which we ended up going with. I did the table numbers myself but Emily was still so helpful and gave me some tips on how to tie it all in together. Her expertise and professionalism showed every step of the way, I gave her “artistic licence” when setting up the venue and she didn’t disappoint! An extra special touch, my bouquet and bridal flowers were grown in her garden. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much xx

Emily was amazing. We were looking for someone who was not just a florist but could help us design our outdoor woodland wedding. I had a good feeling about Emily from her website and reading the reviews but she couldn't have been more fab. She persevered with us not really knowing what we wanted, describing things and then changing our mind and numerous last minute requests (including a single stem orchid bouquet which stole the show!). She navigated it all so thoughtfully and went above any beyond to create the most beautiful setting and finishing touches.

From initial conversations right through to the day Emily was so professional and gave advice on flowers and how to style the wedding breakfast tables. Blank Space Events were fantastic in every way - organised, professional and delivering a very high quality product for our wedding. Emily was so friendly and helpful, always at the end of the phone. From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. Zeleka and The Wedding Coordinators went so far above and beyond for our wedding, that I am not sure we have the superlatives to describe how incredible they were. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice for our special day. Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go from TWC. They met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the Kew Gardens team, and we were deeply impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. They worked closely with the incredible Events Team at Kew to organise the day for every single supplier, down to the minute. They even prepared all the finer details like floor, meal and seating plans. Honestly it was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our suppliers received their itinerary and schedule. Having seen the contents of these packs we were staggered by how detailed everything was. Every single supplier had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. Working with some of our suppliers was not an easy task, each one had unique requirements and some needed more hand holding than others. TWC took it all in their stride and ensured every supplier had what they needed for the day to be successful. As we drew closer to the day Zeleka kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. She let us know what she and her team needed from us ahead of the day, so we had ample time to prepare and supply it. The process felt very manageable, comprehensive and we felt as though nothing had been forgotten. From cake knives to heel protectors, seating plans to bubble guns, it all had been considered. We leaned on the TWC team also with a few personal requests, nothing was too big of an ask and Zeleka was happy to work our requirements into the plan for the day. Now, if the service leading up to the day was a ten out of ten, the performance on the day itself was a million out of ten. The day kicked off with TWC being in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. This allowed myself and my wife to focus on getting ready and just enjoying our day. I arrived at the venue first and it was clear that all the prep and planning had paid off, every single supplier was primed and in place to help deliver the most wonderful day for us. When my wife arrived everyone was in place for her to do her aisle walk, quartet, best man, flower girls - everything went so perfectly. The team also did such a fantastic job organising our families, getting them in place and comfortable for the ceremony, the photos and receptions. When my wife and I were taken to do our photos, we were accompanied by Grace from TWC who made sure we ran on time and looked after all the small details whilst we were away from our guests, from dress fixer to champagne and phone holder. The reception dinner, cake cutting and first dance all went off without a hitch. The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, and if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We honestly can't express how appreciative we are of Zeleka and the team, we certainly could not have done it without all their incredible help. We would recommend The Wedding Coordinators to anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

From the moment I spoke to Keshia the manager of this organisation ……I was hooked. Both my husband and I (who were trying to arrange a party) we’re hugely impressed by both her professionalism and knowledge. This impression has never wavered. The weeks leading up to the event were stressful but “Made so much less so” by Keshia’s calmness, patience, professionalism and communication. Nothing was ever too much, early morning or late at night …… to put my mind at rest. Regularly Keshia summarised what we had agreed either between us all or between professionals. She liaised and fed back to us on a regular basis. On the night Keshia and her team were superb. Approachable, fun but always professional. Serving, mingling with guests, organising and at the end if the evening clearing up. We had one or two bumps in the road, however these were not foreseeable or any fault of this company, but she has continued to support us and manage these issues. A big thank you to Truly Lush events for all their hard work on my husbands 60th birthday party. Keisha and her daughter worked so hard ensuring all the guests had a drink, keeping on top of clearing empty glasses and bottles. Putting food in the oven and ensuring the buffet table was always topped up. We also had an area for Vegan food which they managed very well. I would totally recommend using this service so that hosts can sit back and enjoy their party and chat to guests.

Keshia and her team did a fantastic job looking after the bar and drinks at our wedding. They were hard working and professional. Keshia also acted as an on the day coordinator, looking after suppliers, dealing with issues and ensuring the schedule ran well. I would highly recommend Keshia.

I had hired Truly Lush Events to serve the drinks and make cocktails for my daughter’s mehdni party. Keshia is amazing, right from our first interaction till the end of the party, she was professional, polite, helpful and always smiling. During all our numerous phone calls as I really didn’t know how to plan the party Keisha was always on hand with advice and reassurance. We couldn’t have had the Wedding Day we had without the exceptional service provided through Kitae Events. Once we decided a date everything else was plain sailing. We were accompanied to venues, given colour samples, advised on all the various options we might want to choose around planning the special day and yet everything was done with our personal vision in mind. I was so scared at the prospect of creating our dream wedding with only 7 months to do it in but we needn’t have worried. Yvonne took on all the pressure for us and set a clear timetable on what needed to be done and by when. Our guest list totalled 80+ on the day and each one of our guests were sent out invitations with accommodation options, meal choices and were all contacted individually. For those that had special requests, they were given ample time to make last minute changes to their requirements. We literally didn’t need to do anything, other than enjoy the upcoming excitement of our special day. On the actual day, I wasn’t aware of any of the behind the scenes, last minute, typical potential wedding day hazards as they were all excellently dealt with so our day was perfect and went without hitch. To this day our friends still remind us how beautiful the day was, filled with so much attention to detail and so much love. We consider Yvonne as one of our great friends now and her values and professional outlook compliment the amazing person that she is. Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Lucie was nothing short of a God-send to me for my wedding. She was so responsive, enthusiastic, and lovely to work with. The fact that she was so experienced working with Chenies Manor House meant that she knew exactly how everything worked, which made things easy, particularly for my other vendors, but she also knew how to make our day different to other weddings. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx

The best decision I have made (bar my husband) was hiring Louise. Every one needs a Louise in their life (just generally really!) But ever more so when planning a wedding. Louise did on the day coordination for us, but she was so much more than “on the day”. She had so much experience and great ideas - she nailed the Supplier management, guest list coordination, set up and pack down. Overall she was a must have for our day and meant we had the best time. I could not rate Louise higher. I loved working with her before - calm, steady, always at the end of a WhatsApp when I needed her (even at 3 am!) and on the day not only did she ensure it ran like clockwork she managed every single little hurdle (sewing a guest back into their dress, shuffling a drop out, seating plan changes, guests drinking too much!) I didn’t even now this all happened until after because she just allowed us both to have the best time. If you’re thinking about hiring Louise - don’t think, just do it. It’s the best decision you’ll make for your wedding - bar your husband (hopefully!).
