Hired Focus Events for my Auntie & Uncle 40th Wedding anniversary. What an amazing team, a massive thank you to Fay & James for sorting it all out. Stress free! So organised! So efficient, was on time, helped with everything. Really made sure the night went well!! A massive thank you to Dj Dean for stepping in last minute due to our singer not showing, fantastic DJ, played a range of music, made everyone’s night!! Will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend!

Focus Events were brilliant from start to finish. So we had a bit of a complicated situation for our wedding as we had hired some decorations from another company and they didn’t let us cancel once we realised their arrangements weren’t suitable for us. So to enable us to use both their decorations and also Focus Event’s own, we had to ask Focus Events to pick up the rental decorations and drop them off for us in the evening. We also asked them to remove the decorations from the wedding venue and set them up for the evening reception within the space of 3-4 hours. During the time they had to work around issues with unannounced contractors blocking the loading bay as well. This meant an extremely long and gruelling day for Fay and Jess, the dream team and they were extremely helpful throughout. Firstly they offered very generous / competitive rates so that our mistake with the other company didn’t deprive us of the wedding of our dreams. They started their actual day at around 5:30am and finished after 10:30pm on the wedding day. They arrived on time and set up a beautiful setup for the wedding day including their items and the items from the other company. They worked around all the issues they had and delivered a beautiful reception. Fay and Jess were hugely attentive throughout especially the evening part of the reception. They looked after everyone with their awesome selfie booth and regularly checked in with myself and the Bride offering to get us drinks so we could relax in the evening. At the end at 10:30 they helped deliver the hire items from the other company back to the hotel so that we could promptly return them to them the following morning. All in all an exceptional service from a lovely family company who deserve to do really well in the Wedding space. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and always offered solutions to the problems we encountered during the planning. Thanks again Fay and Jess for your help with the wedding you were both exceptional and we will never forget you.

Amazing team at Focus Events so friendly & efficient ! My daughter had the best 13th birthday all thanks to them 🙌🏻 we hired the DJ, blow up Photo Booth and popcorn/candy floss cart and it did not disappoint 🤗 She had the best night, DJ played all her song requests and more and the team even helped us tidy at the end ☺️ Thank you to Jess, Fay & Dean xx

Myself and my wife used Focus events for our wedding almost a week ago, and they were fantastic! Dean was our DJ, he took lots of time and care to make sure we had covered our music choices for all the special moments throughout the day (Ceremony entrance, signing, ceremony exit, cocktail hour, cake cut, first dance etc and then all our music for the evening. They visited the venue in advance to make sure the set up was adequate, stayed in really close contact with myself and my (now) wife throughout the process, and most importantly played some amazing tunes for the evening! Cannot recommend Focus Events enough, strongly advise you consider them for your wedding they did everything we expected and more! Thank you Dean!

BrookFarm enabled me to have the wedding of my dreams!! We had the best day ever! As soon as I visited Brook farm I knew it was perfect for our wedding, the venue is absolutely stunning and looks magical (especially at night). Laura was a pleasure to work with, she was responsive to emails, helped us with decision making and on the day helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted an outdoor venue where we could have tipis set up and a relaxed festival vibe. We visited a few different locations, but little did we know that we would discover the most breathtaking venue just up the road from where we live - a real hidden oasis in Hertfordshire! From the moment we stepped foot in Brook Farm, we knew instantly that it was the perfect location for our wedding. Nowhere else came close. The setting was absolutely picturesque, offering numerous breathtaking backdrops for our ceremony and reception. The pine trees, the stunning lake and the beautiful island… it was truly majestic. However, it wasn’t just the venue that captivated us, it was the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering support provided by Laura. From our very first meeting she made us feel at ease and was always on hand to answer any questions we might have and guide us in the right direction whilst planning our dream wedding. Laura’s expertise was evident from the start as she guided us through the planning process, offering invaluable advice and solutions to any challenges that arose. The day of our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more! Every detail was flawlessly executed, thanks to all of the amazing suppliers that were recommended by Laura. We also took advantage of a new on the day management service provided by Laura and Nadia and we couldn’t have been happier with how that went. It allowed us to truly enjoy our day knowing that every detail was being taken care of. The combination of a breathtaking venue and an exceptional event co-ordination team made our wedding day at Brook Farm an experience beyond our wildest dreams! We had our wedding reception at Brook Farm in July 2023. The venue was beautiful and well kept, and was in a great location, but felt so secluded and private. I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re considering Brook Farm for your wedding as its beauty can’t be fully captured in still pictures. Laura was an incredible help both on the lead up to the day - answering all our questions and liaising with our suppliers ahead of time, as well as ensuring the day itself ran smoothly. She was amazing at calming my pre wedding weather nerves (it was torrential rain when we were at the venue the day before) and on the day itself went the extra mile to make sure we could still have our drinks reception on the beautiful island despite strong winds (and thankfully no rain!). All our guests were amazed with Brook Farm and it was so nice to have exclusive use over the weekend, so things weren’t too hectic and didn’t have to set up and put away in one day. Thank you Laura for helping the wedding day we’d imagined come to life :)

Throughout the process from when we had our first visit to Brook Farm Laura has been so friendly, helpful and just brilliant. She's answered all our questions and even prompted us on many things we hadn't even thought about, liaised with the other suppliers and did everything to keep the day itself running smoothly - we cannot say enough about how much we appreciated everything Laura did for us and how amazing she was! Every single one of our guests couldn't quite believe how stunning Brook Farm is and how personal the wedding felt as its a beautiful blank canvas that allowed us to put our own stamp and vision into place. We couldn't recommend Brook Farm enough, the venue is fantastic, it really can be a foundation to create your own personal dream wedding and Laura will do everything she can to make your ideas reality. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx

Wow wow wow! If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would! Lucie was unbelievable and that’s an understatement! Our wedding took place at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire and Lucie knew her way around the venue, which meant we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was patient and understood our every need without us having to explain in depth. She gave us the reassurance we needed, to know our day would be perfect! On our wedding day, she took control of everything and even our guests were so complimentary of her! I had forgotten to write my name cards for the seating plan and told Lucie. She asked for all the names and the next minute, she’s printed them all out and placed them in the seats - always one step ahead! I was very nervous as my bridal entrance was approaching, but Lucie’s calm nature and warm personality completely relaxed me. She sorted out the trail of my dress without me even realising and guided me as I began my walk down the aisle, without even being seen by the guests. Honestly, I cannot recommend Lucy enough, you’d be lucky to have her! Aside from a fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucy was just a joy to have at our wedding!

Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Lucie was nothing short of a God-send to me for my wedding. She was so responsive, enthusiastic, and lovely to work with. The fact that she was so experienced working with Chenies Manor House meant that she knew exactly how everything worked, which made things easy, particularly for my other vendors, but she also knew how to make our day different to other weddings. I felt so at ease working with Lucie. Our wedding planning experience would not have been as special and smooth without her, and I simply cannot recommend her enough xx
