Hiring Harris Weddings to capture our special day was the best thing we ever did! Our wedding was so beautifully captured by Ruth. In the kindest possible way, we didn’t even notice she was there most of the day. However, the footage she took has allowed us to look back on our special day often. I was so keen to have a videographer as I knew there were moments we would want to look back on and the photographs just wouldn’t be the same. When we promptly received the final cut, I was truly amazed. Ruth knows exactly the shots, the first looks, the background. From the very beginning, Ruth was efficient and knowledgeable. We hired the crew for my son's 10th birthday and Nico rocked up early and set up just as planned. He communicated well with us in when he was going to arrive and during the activity he kept everyone involved, entertained and busy. We had issues with the Fortnite servers not working so couldn't play that, which is not a reflection on the SPG, if anything it goes to show how good they were that the boys couldn't give a monkeys it wasn't available and we're thoroughly entertained throughout the session. Highly recommended for any party where gaming is key. I loved the VR experience!

Supreme Party Gaming Van truly delivered an unforgettable experience for my son's 10th birthday! From the initial booking process, which was straightforward and hassle-free, to the moment the van arrived, everything was seamless. Nico was punctual, friendly, and expertly managed all the excited children, ensuring everyone was engaged and having a fantastic time. The variety of games available catered to all tastes, and the addition of VR was a huge hit. It was such a relief to have the entertainment completely taken care of – the van parks up, sets up, and the kids are instantly absorbed in the fun. The only sounds we heard were happy shouts and laughter coming from inside! It made for the easiest and most enjoyable party, and we wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future. Our son's 8th birthday party was amazing with Supreme party Gaming van! Scott was very professional and attentive to each of the kids, making sure they were all getting entertained. Some kids went home saying that they had the best party ever and we are very pleased that it was a success.We would 100% recommend.

This is the 2nd time I have used the Supreme Party Gaming Van for a birthday party as my son loved it so much first time round. Simple and easy booking process. It makes for the easiest party, the van turns up and sets up, the guests turn up and within 10 minutes they are in the van and I don’t hear a peep out of them for two hours apart from the squeals of delight I can hear coming from the van. There’s different games to choose from accommodating different tastes, including VR for those that haven’t tried it. I would highly recommend.

We are so grateful to Mel for her incredible hard work planning our wedding over the last 18 months, and could not recommend her more highly! We knew we wanted a big marquee wedding at my parents’ home with glamping options for guests and a ceremony at the local church, but otherwise we had no idea what we were doing so we relied on Mel entirely to bring our ideas to life - from vendors to the logistics to the design and timeline of the entire weekend. There are so many stressful elements to planning a wedding (especially one with a big guest list that was not held at a typical wedding venue, such as ours), but we can confidently say we really enjoyed the entire process and that is completely thanks to Mel. Mel was so easy to work with throughout the whole process, with clear communication via email and organising regular check-in calls at our convenience to keep everything on track. She truly went the extra mile(s) to make sure our weekend was a complete success: from staying late and arriving early during set up on the weekend, to even bringing in her husband to help design our wedding stationery! Mel’s calming and enthusiastic presence was such a blessing in the lead up to the weekend itself, and she was there to answer any of our concerns. It rained basically the entire day before and the morning of our wedding day, but Mel stayed calm and positive throughout which really helped calm everyone’s nerves. She managed to organise all the vendors and finer details perfectly, while adjusting for less than ideal weather conditions and navigating through the chaos of my very large family - and so the wedding really turned out perfectly (with gorgeous sunshine!). So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the tent looked, how excellently the wedding seemed to flow, as well as how happily and relaxed the two of us seemed throughout the day - and again that is all thanks to Mel. We had the best weekend of our lives, and we are forever grateful to her for all her hard work and dedication!

We had a great experience working with Mel from Your Story Events. We engaged her for our wedding at the Barbican Conservatory in London. We are based in the United States which adds the complexity of a 5 hour time difference, however Mel was accommodating with organizing the right cadence of Zoom calls and being flexible with timing and availability. She was invaluable keeping us on track leading up to the big day, sourcing and chasing suppliers, and interjecting helpful opinions when asked. In particular she had a big influence on the day by helping us find a celebrant from a few curated choices. She thought of many things which would not have occurred to us. She was great in explaining the different options and nuances with each option and providing honest feedback, which allowed us to choose vendors that were more representative of the vision we wanted. The wedding day was actually a breeze and the final few days leading up to it. There may well have been fire-drills in the background, but we never heard of them. In fact, the biggest snafu might have been the length of the wedding dress, but Mel was 100% prepared with safety pins and was able to work her magic to ensure the dress would not catch during the first dance. The whole day was very smooth, which is testament to the amount of planning done by Mel in advance and coordination with different vendors and the venue the day of. We certainly enjoyed the day rather than had to worry about the behind the scenes logistics of the event. We knew that having her plan our wedding was the right choice and trusted her judgment and feedback every step of the way. We would certainly recommend Mel for anyone planning a wedding.

Working with Melanie at Your Story Events was an absolute dream! We live in the USA and desperately needed help with planning our wedding in England. She helped us with vendors and every other little and big thing that goes into planning a wedding. From the very beginning, she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Mel was our on the day co-ordinator for our wedding in August, she was always more than happy to have a call to discuss any issues we had ahead of the day. She also attended our site a few months before the day, to ensure she knew the set-up we were envisaging and to help with any queries our suppliers may have had on the day. As part of our package we had asked Mel to attend the day before, this was a huge relief and helped calm our nerves as we were having a DIY wedding the whole week before the wedding we spent hours setting it all up. By having her help the day before was hugely beneficial and any issues that arose she was able to help solve them quickly and having her expertise to hand was amazing…Along with her emergency kit! Mel was lovely throughout, really approachable and made sure both myself and hubby were okay throughout the day and making sure we had a drink in hand too! If you are planning a DIY wedding yourselves we would highly recommend having a wedding co-ordinator, as this was something we were unsure of however after experiencing it first hand, it meant we could really focus on our guests and enjoy the whole day without worrying about the background running of the day! We are so glad we chose The Elegance Events for our wedding reception. Kanika was so easy to communicate with and she understood the vision immediately. She was able to work with the exact colours required for real flowers. The value for money was the best we could find from all the companies we researched. The decor on the day was exactly as I had envisioned. We received many compliments. The real flowers were beautiful and the ice chairs were a unique touch. Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional. The team were timely and able to get everything set up beautifully before guests started to arrive. I wish I had more photos to show but these are just a few of the pieces to show how beautifully everything went together. Kanika supplied me with some fabulous Christmas decorations (for the house) over the festive period. The service was seamless from beginning to end. Kanika took time to understand and discuss the brief, her team came in (within a few days) and made it all come to life beautifully. We made amendments along the way, again the team were beyond helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend them enough! Looking forward to working with them again soon.

Beautiful Marquis erected 2 days before the party and taken away the next day great service. Jon was professional and helpful throughout, all our requests were met, we can thoroughly recommend the fairy lights they were just beautiful and the large Dancefloor was great and definitely worth it. First time we have hired a Marquis but not the last we will definitely book you again, can highly recommend.

We contacted Elegant Event Professional in regards to organizing my brothers wedding last year. Despite a relatively short turnaround time, they were able to meet (and exceed) all of our requirements. Imz stayed in contact with us throughout to keep us updated, and was easily approachable if we had any questions. Most importantly, the venue looked beautifully elegant and food was delicious.

Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Wow wow wow! If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would! Lucie was unbelievable and that’s an understatement! Our wedding took place at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire and Lucie knew her way around the venue, which meant we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was patient and understood our every need without us having to explain in depth. She gave us the reassurance we needed, to know our day would be perfect! On our wedding day, she took control of everything and even our guests were so complimentary of her! I had forgotten to write my name cards for the seating plan and told Lucie. She asked for all the names and the next minute, she’s printed them all out and placed them in the seats - always one step ahead! I was very nervous as my bridal entrance was approaching, but Lucie’s calm nature and warm personality completely relaxed me. She sorted out the trail of my dress without me even realising and guided me as I began my walk down the aisle, without even being seen by the guests. Honestly, I cannot recommend Lucy enough, you’d be lucky to have her! Aside from a fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucy was just a joy to have at our wedding!

Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

I highly recommend Elena’s services she is so talented, professional and very warm and caring. Elena decorated our outdoor wedding last month at Pembroke Lodge and it was truly beautiful and stunning scenery. We were so pleased with all the decorations and fine details and our guests were blown away with it too.
