We just needed a lighting package, and they looked at our venue floor plans to recommend just what we needed. Or so I thought. On the night, wow wow wow wow, they smashed it out of the park. We loved working with the incredible team at Cosmic Violet Events for planning our wedding at Claridge’s. Every detail was meticulously looked after, from introducing us to the most wonderful suppliers, to proofreading our menu before it went to print, and every big (and little) detail in between, they took the stress out of making sure our vision came to life perfectly. Can’t thank you all enough - we were totally blown away when we walked into the room and saw how perfect it was on top of keeping me calm and organised throughout the year of planning.

We can not speak highly enough of the team (Raj, Ang and Manish) at Soul Studio Events. Their food and drinks were perfect, and their service completely impeccable. The Elstree Studios venue itself is also amazing; They made the main party room into the size we needed for the number of guests we had and, as a blank canvas, we were able to so much with it to work with our plane theme. The bar for our reception was also brilliant. Nothing reinforces a recommendation more than a rebooking which is why we have booked to use them again in 2025!

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday party at Soul Studio Events, and it was absolutely worth it! Living in Windsor, we could not have chosen a better venue. Rajiv, Manish, and the entire team were exceptional – their attention to detail made the night so special. The food and service were truly exceptional, with the best dishes. The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The décor was stunning, and what really stood out were the little unexpected surprises throughout the evening that made the celebration unforgettable. My daughter, along with all of our guests, had the best night ever. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories for us – we will cherish them forever! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our our kids birthday party at Elstree Studios hosted by Soul Studio Events. What can i say the whole day was epic and the kids had a blast! Raj managed to get the best games for the kids and they was kept entertained the whole night. Beat the light game which the adults also loved lol The food was amazing too. If you want to celebrate an occasion then you definitely need to get hold of Soul Studios they know how to create memories for you. The best day and night thank you so much guys. A pleasure visiting multiple events here, each one raising the bar on experience. I’ve enjoyed countless delicious dishes, warm greetings and amazing events in both the bar and main event area. The audio visual experience has changed each season I’ve visited, which is a nice touch. The lighting, lasers and speakers in general are fantastic. A lot of work has gone into making this so amazing! Bravo. It goes without saying - I’d highly recommend booking this prestigious establishment.

The decor was lovely and we received so many compliments! The decorations fit perfectly in with our theme and we were so happy when we got to see everything set up. Would definitely recommend :)

We are so glad we chose The Elegance Events for our wedding reception. Kanika was so easy to communicate with and she understood the vision immediately. She was able to work with the exact colours required for real flowers. The value for money was the best we could find from all the companies we researched. The decor on the day was exactly as I had envisioned. We received many compliments. The real flowers were beautiful and the ice chairs were a unique touch. Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional. The team were timely and able to get everything set up beautifully before guests started to arrive. I wish I had more photos to show but these are just a few of the pieces to show how beautifully everything went together. I can’t recommend Sarika and the Elegance Events highly enough, they really made my wedding look so much more beautiful than I could’ve imagined.

Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx

Lucie was nothing short of a God-send to me for my wedding. She was so responsive, enthusiastic, and lovely to work with. The fact that she was so experienced working with Chenies Manor House meant that she knew exactly how everything worked, which made things easy, particularly for my other vendors, but she also knew how to make our day different to other weddings. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx

Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. The Wedding Coordinators are definite must have for any wedding! Thank you ladies x

Zeleka and The Wedding Coordinators went so far above and beyond for our wedding, that I am not sure we have the superlatives to describe how incredible they were. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice for our special day. Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go from TWC. They met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the Kew Gardens team, and we were deeply impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. They worked closely with the incredible Events Team at Kew to organise the day for every single supplier, down to the minute. They even prepared all the finer details like floor, meal and seating plans. Honestly it was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our suppliers received their itinerary and schedule. Having seen the contents of these packs we were staggered by how detailed everything was. Every single supplier had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. Working with some of our suppliers was not an easy task, each one had unique requirements and some needed more hand holding than others. TWC took it all in their stride and ensured every supplier had what they needed for the day to be successful. As we drew closer to the day Zeleka kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. She let us know what she and her team needed from us ahead of the day, so we had ample time to prepare and supply it. The process felt very manageable, comprehensive and we felt as though nothing had been forgotten. From cake knives to heel protectors, seating plans to bubble guns, it all had been considered. We leaned on the TWC team also with a few personal requests, nothing was too big of an ask and Zeleka was happy to work our requirements into the plan for the day. Now, if the service leading up to the day was a ten out of ten, the performance on the day itself was a million out of ten. The day kicked off with TWC being in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. This allowed myself and my wife to focus on getting ready and just enjoying our day. I arrived at the venue first and it was clear that all the prep and planning had paid off, every single supplier was primed and in place to help deliver the most wonderful day for us. When my wife arrived everyone was in place for her to do her aisle walk, quartet, best man, flower girls - everything went so perfectly. The team also did such a fantastic job organising our families, getting them in place and comfortable for the ceremony, the photos and receptions. When my wife and I were taken to do our photos, we were accompanied by Grace from TWC who made sure we ran on time and looked after all the small details whilst we were away from our guests, from dress fixer to champagne and phone holder. The reception dinner, cake cutting and first dance all went off without a hitch. The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, and if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We honestly can't express how appreciative we are of Zeleka and the team, we certainly could not have done it without all their incredible help. We would recommend The Wedding Coordinators to anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! JustSeventy planned our autumn wedding at One Marylebone and The Connaught hotel and I’m pleased to say that they are honestly one of the best companies I have ever worked with, not just in the sector but generally across the board. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.
