Best vets! Our dog has been going there for the past 16 years! Robyn is amazing with our girl! Couldn't recommend them enough!

I cannot express how amazing this vet surgery is. We registered our rabbit here after a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier :) they aren’t ‘rabbit experts’ but I feel so confident in how they handle my rabbit and the knowledge they have. Every interaction I have had has been full of kindness, care and compassion. The receptionists are amazing and an absolute credit to the surgery. I just wish I had moved to them sooner!

We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Professional! Caring! Thank you so much each and everyone of you! Absolutely 100% amazing people! Thank you! .

Brilliant personal service from lovely people. Kate our vet spent so much time helping acclimatise our anxious dog until he was happy to have his injections with no bother and without the need for a muzzle. Everyone we’ve met on reception so friendly and kind! Can’t recommend enough!

We have had our membership for just a few weeks and already Creature Comforts have made such a difference to our dog’s life. She doesn’t usually let anyone touch her, let alone a vet, but Barry’s calm demeanour and skilful treatment were such a help this morning. Florence (our dog) loves the team - thank you Kate for the warm welcome. Creature Comforts whole set up is so dog and owner friendly. What a great addition to High Barnet!

What a wonderful experience. The team at Creature Comforts Barnet are so welcoming and attentive and Barry was wonderful with my cat (who is normally very scared and uncomfortable but behaved herself impeccably)- extremely helpful, caring and diligent. The practice is a bright and calming environment and everybody (team members and clients) seem to feel cared for and happy. Helping yourself to a couple of treats for your pet is a lovely touch- as is coffee for their owners. I highly recommend Creature Comforts

I cannot describe how exceptional this place is. This is how a vet should be. No stress, friendly and supportive. Everyone cares and wants to establish a positive experience for the animals in their care. All that and it's also insanely cost effective for our needs. Huge thank you to the team who made my pup's first visit a really positive one. I know, who is this weirdo writing about a vets but it's honestly so different from any vet you've ever seen. Go, try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Having overcharged me , I was pleased that the manager got in touch and rectified the problem. I thought this was very good conduct.

We had to have our little Loki put to sleep and everyone was lovely. In the lead up to this the vets did everything they could to help him

The staff were very sensative and caring when i took my little dog to be cremated..when i collected him , i was overwhelmed by the kind gestures that was given along with his ashes , a hand written card and some seeds to plant in his memory . The staff were very understanding and caring when i came in to collect my boy...thankyou Highfield staff .

I took my 15 year old male cat yesterday 24 th August 2022 as a Emergency appointment due to him not being well for the last 30 hours. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and caring. I got a appointment very quickly saw the vet which done tests and injections on my cat explained everything which was wrong with my cat. You can tell all the staff that work here love and really care for the animals Expensive price's but worth the money.

Such a wonderful practice. All staff are so welcoming and compassionate. We have had 2 dogs as ‘clients’ of theirs and you can tell they truly love animals. This is so important as they always have their best interests in mind in all that they do!

Have been with them for about a year now but today my French bulldog had her tooth out and they were so thorough and have provided me with so much information! Thank you for making Binky feel safe and for reassuring myself!

Lovely & compassionate staff. We had to use them recently for our bulldog who’s experiencing some eye problems. The service we received here was amazing and you can tell how much they care for your animal. I travelled 74 miles to visit this place yesterday on a recommendation Absolutely worth every mile From start to finish, the staff was polite and courteous David, Unlike most vets Came across more concerned for the animal rather than for his pocket I have been given a quotation to repair my little dog Pepe who had broken his elbow in his front leg After David did his x-rays he gave me a call and explained to me that it could possibly do my pups some more damage because of the type of fracture it was if they tried to repair it Most vets, Who we must agree on white collar Robbers, Would have just gone ahead for the sake of the extra money, but David didnt Do this which shows to me he is more for the concern of the animal than what he is for his pocket After I collected young Pepe, he explained to me step-by-step what I should be doing to get Pepe on the road to Recovery Not only did he explain it to me he sent it to me in an idiot proof email, Taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy and had full knowledge of what to do and expect Next The receptionists were also very polite, courteous and the surgery itself was very spotless and modern I could not Recommend these people enough Thank you, team you are above and beyond

My little rescue Connie ( cat ) had most of her tail amputated on Monday after becoming trapped in a window 😢 I was so stressed and tearful on arrival, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and kind, the vet had her straight into theatre and did wonders with her . Despite loathing the cone she is recovering well, this is the second visit after a bite on the paw last year where upon I received sterling treatment. Marvellous surgery 10 stars 🙏🙏

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I can’t begin to explain the support and help they have given us with our new puppy. He has needed the vet a few times and everyone has been amazing. Not only have they seen him in the vets but I’ve had calls and messages checking up on him. Everyone there really does go above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough! 🤩🤩🤩

We recently joined Battlers Green Vets and are so pleased that we did! Unexpectedly, our dog Misty had an issue and had to take her out of hours to their associated hospital. Before I even had a chance to phone them in the morning to discuss, they already knew about it, contacted me and assisted with invaluable advice. Such a superb service from a warm and friendly team and can't recommend highly enough!

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

We were told of a possible 4 hour wait but when we arrived after 9.30 at night with our very poorly Bichon, a vet came out within 10 minutes of arrival. From Gate Security to Reception and registering, nothing was too much trouble and our pooch was handled with great care. She examined him thoroughly and although the end did not have a happy outcome (he was over 14 years), he was treated with respect and the vet was just as sad as we were when we said our final goodbyes. We cannot say enough and thank the Royal Veterinary team.

Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

Although this will be the most aesthetically pleasing vets you’ve ever been to, that isn’t even the best part. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and the appointment was thorough. We didn’t feel rushed at all, and came out with many options to resolve my dog’s condition, which was a relief. Our previous vets didn’t recommend such pathways or offer the treatment we were given. Lots of treats and lots of time shared. My dog even cried for the vet when they stepped out of the consultation room 🥲 Very happy.

I have very recently adopted a rescue dog and took him to Creature Comforts for his first vet appointment. They were very kind and understanding as my dog is very anxious and scared of everything. They gave me very good advice and were very reassuring. One of their Nurses is an animal behaviourist which is great as my dog needs lots of training and help. I would highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service. Ronny at reception greeted us with treats and a ball to make our dog Kiwi feel welcome and comfortable on her first visit after our recent move to the area. The purpose of our visit was to get Kiwi vaccinated against rabies and plan to get her travel documents in order for our upcoming holiday. Heather the vet was really helpful, knowledgeable and a magician with keeping Kiwi distracted during the jab. She didn't even seem to notice she was getting an injection! Overall very happy with this vet.

Our first visit yesterday to Creature Comfort St Albans and wow such a beautiful place, everything has been thought out and Rex especially loved the treat wall, we saw Rebecca and she was fantastic, we told her Rex wasn’t good at the vets and she was just brilliant with him! The Avenue vet has a very sound aim to give satisfactory service for both pet and their owner. The staff are really supportive and attempt to gain the best possible outcome of treatment for the animal being treated, furthermore cared for. Excellent veterinary practice.

Lovely nurse Krissy was able to help my cat with his issue. Super thankful for how gentle, patient and kind she was. 100% would recommend her and this vet practice :)

I have been using Avenues for about 20 years for all my pets. They are so kind and even my reactive dog is happy and doesn’t react to any of the staff. Always made to welcome and they have been really helpful with insurance claims. They genuinely care and have the best advice.

My boy Joe has passed today at the age of 17 he has had an amazing life with out the amazing staff and vets at Halian I believe this would not have been made possible to be the best family member anyone could want !!!! Halian Vets are a fantastic practice. The whole team are so kind and caring. I had an emergency with my cat and everyone truly went above and beyond! Pablo was able to be seen straight away and he is now back home with us and recovering after a successful procedure today. Thank you to everyone for taking such wonderful care of him. We are so grateful!

We have been using Mel, Karen and all the other wonderful vets and nurses at Halian for about 14 years now with both our cat Lucky and latterly dog, Poppy. They are all super friendly, caring and knowledgable, always having the best interests of pets first. We can’t recommend them highly enough. P&C.

Mel and the nurses are fantastic..My ex feral cat has been very well looked after since his adoption thanks in great part to this veterinary surgery. He's been coming here for over 7 years for his checkups and occasional health issues. Judging by what I have seen with my cat, who still is shy, shy cats will benefit from Mel's calm and kind soft spoken manner.

Caring, experienced and committed team who are clearly passionate about what they do. They took amazing care of my sick little cat and the follow up was excellent. Highly recommend.

Scout, my lovable cockapoo, had a visit to Wellpet Vet Practice today for his vaccine, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received! The vet took the time to make sure Scout was comfortable and at ease before administering the vaccine injection. Scout even got some delicious liver treats afterwards, which made his tail wag with joy! It's clear that the staff here truly cares about our furry family members. Thanks for taking such great care of Scout!

It’s a par excellence service from the receptionist to the veterinarian. I was very impressed by the clinic s cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere for the four legged patients and their owners too . Patol has been seen again and being examined with gentle touch . I will highly recommend wellpet veterinary clinic .
