Took my friend (currently without a car) and her dog to this vets Lovely calm place. Nice area outside to take your dog (a very thoughtful touch)and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Used to take my Cat there Winnie, didn't know about the place until my friend June Drury and her Dog Ozzy went there and I had to take them there in my car a few times for treatment. Have to say they are very caring, professional and love animals which is why I signed up. Will defo go there again if in the future I get another Cat.

Treated our elderly cat Theo after he was attacked by a dog, we as a family honestly don't believe if it wasn't for the continued care , advice and support from the vets that our boy would be hear today . My precious Tyger was referred to Davies as there was a problem with one of his eyes and our own Vet had said the eye would probably be have to be removed 😞 We were treated with empathy and the staff were so caring and treated Tyger with such care and concern.The process for Tyger was explained from start to finish and concern was shown to myself too. Tyger had surgery and is now at home making a good recovery my heart felt thanks to all at Davies for the caring treatment of Tyger 😻

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

We were extremely nervous, having not been to a referral vet before and having been with the same vet for a really long time. We shouldn't have worried at all. From only a few hours after our vet made the referral, we were offered an appointment as early as the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly, they were able to reassure us even though we were facing a potentially significant diagnosis for our cat. They were clear about the process and what the costs were likely to be initially, which gave us the opportunity to prepare before the appointment. At our appointment, Anna was just exceptional, she was so gentle and thorough when assessing our cat and her experience and expertise was clear. She went through the diagnosis (thankfully, in our case a less significant diagnosis than we had been referred as) carefully ensuring we understood treatment options and followup plan, as well as providing options for obtaining the medication we needed. The discharge letter was the most thorough I have ever seen (pet or human!). The fees are more expensive than your regular vet, but it obviously costs a huge amount to run such a specialised animal hospital. The initial consultation fee was more than our insurance would cover for specialist consultation fees, but the price was made clear to us at point of booking and we were able to plan accordingly. After the appointment, their team completed and submitted the insurance form promptly, which was appreciated. Since then, we've had regular contact with the vet that saw us, and when our regular vet needed some further advice, they were able to get it promptly from Davies - the aftercare has been exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Such a wonderful practice. All staff are so welcoming and compassionate. We have had 2 dogs as ‘clients’ of theirs and you can tell they truly love animals. This is so important as they always have their best interests in mind in all that they do!

Fantastic vets and nurses. Our beloved Labrador received excellent care when she suffered a spinal injury recently. She is doing very well thanks to their prompt care and referral to a specialist vet. They are all friendly and provide top quality care. 100% recommend.

Henlow vets is not our local vets, yet we choose to use them for our beloved dogs initially due to their positive reputation. It’s the best decision we made. I cannot recommend this vets highly enough. From amazing, kind and compassionate reception staff and nurses to brilliant vets we couldn’t be happier trusting Henlow with our 3 dogs. We have always had a fantastic experience at Henlow vets. Since moving to the area 2.5 years ago they have looked after all of our cats. From Kitten vaccinations & neutering to dental care & even end of life care leading up to loosing our older cat more recently. The team are friendly, kind, understanding & professional. I moved my dog from his previous vets to Henlow vets and since got my cat signed up too. The team at Henlow vets are always there to answer any question you ever have about your animals and genuinely care. They've always offered me sound advice, from how old to let my cat outside to my dogs recurrent ear infections. I've even rang a few times out of hours over my dog and the advice they give is second to none, I've been able to pick up emergency medication from them on a Sunday. Jenifer and her team came out to my mums house today to put her unwell cat to sleep. The care and compassion was amazing. Something we knew that was coming because she sadly had cancer. But was dreading. But Jenifer was so reassuring and the level of care was outstanding. I only wish I lived nearer to have her as my vet for my cats. Thank you so much

Jennifer is simply awesome, always looking out for our cats Shinx and Eevee and she always seems to remember them when we visit, even if it has been a long while. The cats are always so relaxed in her presence. Nothing but trust and gratitude - thank you!

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

We were told of a possible 4 hour wait but when we arrived after 9.30 at night with our very poorly Bichon, a vet came out within 10 minutes of arrival. From Gate Security to Reception and registering, nothing was too much trouble and our pooch was handled with great care. She examined him thoroughly and although the end did not have a happy outcome (he was over 14 years), he was treated with respect and the vet was just as sad as we were when we said our final goodbyes. We cannot say enough and thank the Royal Veterinary team.

Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

Hi I've been with this vets for over 15 years. Every time I've been for what ever reason from puppy vaccinations to saying goodbye to our fur babies I've never had a bad visit. Everyone makes you feel that your pet matters. They have taken care of all my pets from my cats, rabbits and my dogs. Had to say goodbye to my old boy but will be taking my new puppy there soon. Thanks for all being amazing.

Mimram vets are one of the best vets around! I have been with them for well over 15 years and the care they give is amazing. My cat Kasper has quite a few issues and has to go to the vets regularly and he is always looked after exceptionally. All the staff are super friendly and I feel that the welfare of the animals they look after are there main priority. Thank you for all you do for all the fur baby’s 🐾

Our puppy had a really nasty allergic reaction: and the vet nurse went over and beyond to support us on next steps, help us with getting financial support, talked through pet insurance all of which was not her job at the time. But the level of support and care was brilliant . We are new to the area and are so pleased we choose the wool pack

It was my first time visiting this vets yesterday with my Labrador. They managed to fit me in the same day, despite being really busy as I was sure my dog had an eye infection. All the staff are super friendly and made the visit pleasant for both myself and my dog. We was seen promptly and my dog was checked over and prescribed the antibiotics he needed. I am so pleased I moved my dogs over to this vets after a bad experience at my previous vets. I cannot fault them and highly recommend! They are also very reasonably priced! Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable vets. Have used them several times over the last year and they've always been so helpful and accommodating. Sadly my young pup Ponyo died very recently and again they were so compassionate. The card Zoe sent on behalf of the team was very touching and personal and really provided some comfort at a very difficult time. Would recommend this vets more than any other I've used.

I have been registered with this vets for a short while, and have had nothing but amazing experiences with every visit. The team are all so caring, and give fantastic advice when needed. I also have to mention how incredible, welcoming and helpful Holly has been! Thank you all for everything that you do :)

Our dog was with Berry House Vets for the last 5 years and I can't fault the quality of care we have received whilst with them. Tagus has passed away recently from heart disease and he was well looked after from the first moment until the last. I feel that everything was always explained to me in great detail, the vets were available and gave me space to ask questions. I was given enough autonomy to know what to watch for regarding his health and to tweak his medication as needed (within strict limits of course). Pricing and treatment options were clearly discussed. Berry House Vets also had a concern about continuity of care. It felt good to be seen mostly by the same two vets, Sarah and Charlotte, specially throughout his last year when he had to get more procedures done in order to get a diagnosis, and also when he started taking more medication. I also value the end of life care he received. It was minimum intervention and just doing the best we could for him to still have some quality of life in his last days. When his time came we got given the news in a compassionate and direct way that I really appreciated as heartbreaking as it was. Having said that there are always bits that are not as good: I think in all these years I only felt a warm welcome from reception once when coming in, but that's only a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. I feel the prescription and medication prices are a bit high, but those are roughly the same across all vets. It was common to have some back and forth emails when issuing his prescriptions, even when I wrote in bold I wanted the chewable tablets, for example, it was almost certain they wouldn't prescribe the right ones on the first go. Once I made it clear I wanted to order the medicine from Berry House and they sent me a prescription to order online... It was a bit stressful at times to deal with the repeat prescriptions and time consuming for everyone I am sure... I wish their out of hours vet wasn't Vets Now as it has a terrible reputation, but thankfully we never needed to go. All and all I really recommend Berry House and I am quite happy with all the care our dog Tagus received over the years through some complicated diagnosis and illnesses.

What a lovely experience! First time at Berry House & all the staff from reception to nursing & vet were charming. All cost & options were explained clearly & without pressure. Our vet, Sarah, explained the procedures, her examination of each puppy and next steps. Our questions were answered clearly & pleasantly. Couldn’t ask for better consultation.

Unfortunately, I had to put my cat down recently and the team here were amazing. They were all incredibly empathetic towards me and my pet, had a good discussion about my cats health to ensure euthanasia was the right decision, repeatedly ensured me I was doing the best thing for her and made the process as peaceful, quick and painless for my cat as possible. They also provided me with clips of her fur and multiple paw prints, being gentle with her body the entire time. I never felt rushed to leave her or pay and once I did, the team on reception were just as wonderful as the vets. Asking if I'm okay, offering tissues and condolences. I could not have asked for better support through something so heartbreaking and I will be forever thankful to the whole team for providing a peaceful and caring environment for both of us. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic

Vet Charlotte was excellent with me and my dog who was very sick. She was gentle kind and explained everything I knew leaving Dolly with Charlotte for treatmnet would be fine and she would take care of her. All the staff were lovely but special thabks to Charlotte.

I've been taking my cat here for 13 years. He's had quite a few health issues, they have always been clear about costs and treatment and options. No problem with payments pending insurance pay outs, and the vets are very kind and gentle with him

My partner took our 9yr old rescue boarder collie here for a last minute, emergency eye check after being turned away from every other vet as we have only just got her/moved to the area. He was so delighted that they were able to fit her in even though she wasn't registered, the service from the staff was amazing, they were very friendly and polite and adapted to our needs, we didn't know how she would be as she's never been before and they were so kind to her! They made me feel so reassured and made her very calm and spoilt!!! - Thank you!
