No review can praise this practice highly enough. Every single member of staff shows care and patience for even the smallest of fur babies. Over time my many guinea pigs and hamsters have been treated by Alan and Natasha with love and compassion and I can't thank them enough. The knowledge and expertise Alan has, far surpasses anything I saw in any of the numerous other vets prior to coming to Medivet Radlett. Best thing I have done for me and my pets. Thank you!

They’re all very professional, very helpful, very friendly, very kind and have absolutely given me the best service possible since I joined them earlier this year. Special thanks go to Natasha the vet that we see with our puppy. She is amazing and our puppy Pepper loves her, well done Medivet. The lovely Christmas card sent to us in the post was a great thought too and much appreciated brilliant work !!

Friendly reception staff and knowledgable vets. I like they do welfare checks and you can arrange to talk to a nurse or vet without an appointment which has been great. Plenty of free parking in leavesden although it can be busy at times.

Always friendly and welcoming when you walk into reception. Patient with dogs who are nervous and reluctant to enter. Informative and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using Avenues for about 20 years for all my pets. They are so kind and even my reactive dog is happy and doesn’t react to any of the staff. Always made to welcome and they have been really helpful with insurance claims. They genuinely care and have the best advice.

Such a wonderful practice. All staff are so welcoming and compassionate. We have had 2 dogs as ‘clients’ of theirs and you can tell they truly love animals. This is so important as they always have their best interests in mind in all that they do!

Fantastic vets and nurses. Our beloved Labrador received excellent care when she suffered a spinal injury recently. She is doing very well thanks to their prompt care and referral to a specialist vet. They are all friendly and provide top quality care. 100% recommend.

We recently joined Battlers Green Vets and are so pleased that we did! Unexpectedly, our dog Misty had an issue and had to take her out of hours to their associated hospital. Before I even had a chance to phone them in the morning to discuss, they already knew about it, contacted me and assisted with invaluable advice. Such a superb service from a warm and friendly team and can't recommend highly enough!

I travelled 74 miles to visit this place yesterday on a recommendation Absolutely worth every mile From start to finish, the staff was polite and courteous David, Unlike most vets Came across more concerned for the animal rather than for his pocket I have been given a quotation to repair my little dog Pepe who had broken his elbow in his front leg After David did his x-rays he gave me a call and explained to me that it could possibly do my pups some more damage because of the type of fracture it was if they tried to repair it Most vets, Who we must agree on white collar Robbers, Would have just gone ahead for the sake of the extra money, but David didnt Do this which shows to me he is more for the concern of the animal than what he is for his pocket After I collected young Pepe, he explained to me step-by-step what I should be doing to get Pepe on the road to Recovery Not only did he explain it to me he sent it to me in an idiot proof email, Taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy and had full knowledge of what to do and expect Next The receptionists were also very polite, courteous and the surgery itself was very spotless and modern I could not Recommend these people enough Thank you, team you are above and beyond

My little rescue Connie ( cat ) had most of her tail amputated on Monday after becoming trapped in a window 😢 I was so stressed and tearful on arrival, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and kind, the vet had her straight into theatre and did wonders with her . Despite loathing the cone she is recovering well, this is the second visit after a bite on the paw last year where upon I received sterling treatment. Marvellous surgery 10 stars 🙏🙏

I had to put my poor cat down here a few weeks ago. It was really traumatic and heartbreaking, but everyone here was so nice. I just wanted to say thank you so so much, for being so lovely and supportive. That was a really horrible day for me and you were all so nice. The two ladies (Sorry I don't remember any names from that day) who were in the room when it happened, were just so amazing. Also, Judith, who helped with the insurance claim. we've been to many vets in the past and Barton is by far the best. pedro and the nurses take lots of time and care of my 16yr old doggo to make sure she feels safe and never treats her as an object in a factory line. we will never go anywhere else - thank you!

Park Vets have always been brilliant with my Jack Russell since I rescued her in 2017. The reception team are helpful, professional and friendly and I’ve yet to meet a vet who I wouldn’t recommend. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Very caring and knowledgeable. Our dog always enjoys coming here and we find the care excellent. The vets listen to our concerns, they give us time and are kind to the animals they obviously care greatly.

I will be forever grateful to Martina and Melanie for saving my girl Coco (dog) who accidentally swallowed a rubber ball. I turned up at 11 am suspecting that my dog swallowed a ball, couple of hours later she had an x-Ray and emergency surgery. Martina was very caring and I gave me confidence that I’m leaving my dog in the right hands. Everyone at the surgery is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. My dogs are always happy to visit. Outstanding care received today for our beagle Rosie from Ella. She was absolutely brilliant with her and listened to all our concerns and worked through them methodically. She handled Rosie with kindness and compassion but also knew when it was time to get the job done. Thank you Ella for your expertise and for also making the experience warm and heartfelt. I can't fault them. They managed to register and fit my cat in late on a Saturday afternoon before they went in to out of hours. The vet was wonderful and explained everything including payment and claims. Etta is now with them overnight after breaking a toe (of all things lol) and they have updated me as promised. I have been looking for a good vet since moving here not too long ago. We will be staying.

We have been taking our dogs to Blythwood for over 17yrs now and cannot praise it enough. We have never received anything but the best of care. One of our dogs suffers with numerous conditions including poor skin, alopecia and recurring ear infections. Each time we attend Blythwood (sometimes as often as twice a week!!!) we are always treated with utmost respect, understanding and patience from from all members of the team. I cannot thank them enough.

Blythewood Vets always welcome my dog and I by name and explain procedures thoroughly so that I understand what will happen next. I received an estimate for my beagles lump removal very quickly, which was broken down in detail and I was reassured that the operation was a fairly simple procedure and, she would be home with me soon after.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Pippa and her assistant Lou for their great kindness and understanding when I had to take the very difficult decision to lay my lovely Labrador Lola to rest recently. They were kindness itself to both of us. I would Highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone seeking excellent treatment for their pets. I have used them for many years and always found the service given to be most satisfactory.
