Rob is a phenomenal roofer and honestly I do not say that lightly. We commissioned him to replace our flat roofs and lead flashing and the job he did for us was absolutely top notch. His work is of an incredibly high standard and he’s also very knowledgeable about his trade having come from a history of roofers (and as I’ve learned) regularly participating in forums about his trade. Repeat customer! This is now the second time I have used Highcraft roofing, this time for a leak in my garage. As always the boys turned up right on time, after a cup of coffee and a chat I left them to crack on with things. The roof was made water tight and was as good as new. Nick replaced the 1960’s front facing tiles on mine and my neighbours homes. The old tiles and batons were removed and replaced with a new membrane, batons and new hardie panel cladding. The work was very professional and the finish and quality of the work is brilliant. Nick was a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed throughout. A friendly and very reliable company which I’ve already recommended to others.

Excellent service from Chris and his team . All queries were replied quickly via e-mail or phone call. Soffit & new guttering fitted. The fitters were professional and polite . Worked hard all day and longer than usual to get the job done . Would definitely recommend and will use again for the next faze.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the next Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the following day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding in new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak, and a few other weak looking tiles. The roof was fixed just in time before a very large storm hit the area the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.

Great team and great project stripping off old asbestos roof and fitting a reclaimed peg tiles roof . A very good authentic roof was provided at the end. We are very pleased and would definitely use this Team again.
