I have been going to Jo for a number of years now for regular cut and blow drys, however more recently I had tape extentions put in. Jo is excellent, and has done such a fab job on my extentions. She gave lots of advice on how to maintain and my hair looks completely natural. I fully recommend her. I know with Jo I always get honesty about what could work or not, and she will not do something she thinks will not suit. Thank you Jo x

I've been seeing Jo for 3 years and it's taken me 20 years to find her! Absolutely love my highlights and also had hair extensions in the past which looked very natural and felt comfortable. Jo has plenty of knowledge on colour and hairstyles too. Always a warm welcome and plenty of chat! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great consultation first and patch test. A week later, I arrived and was welcomed by a very warm Gemma and her beautiful dogs! Immediately I felt a lovely vibe from Gemma and she listened and asked me what I wanted to do with my overdue mop! 😜 she was very knowledgeable and I completely trusted her opinion on what I should do with my hair. Gemma will be honest with you about what your hair needs and does not need and I respect this so much as some hairdressers will just rush into things. I’m so glad I found this salon and Gemma in particular as I feel comfortable with her. I’m not a regular salon goer and she and her team made me feel secure. I cannot rate her and her salon enough. I was recommended to Hair Razin by a friend quite a few years ago and I have never looked back. Marianna has always done my hair she knows just how I like now. Nicole does my colour I put my trust in from day 1 and have never been disappointed. It's a real treat when the girls / Sam do the lovely massage while they shampoo would love to have that every time I had to wash my hair. Visting the saloon is a real treat everyone is happy, coffees good, Marianna has a really good eye for decor especially at Christmas.

Many years ago a good friend of mine recommended Hair Raizin to me. And I am still going there as I am very happy with my cuts and colouring. Service is great as well as attention to details. I definitely can recommend Hair Raizin for adults and children as my daughter now comes with me for a haircut and she is very happy there too.

For years I’ve always used a box off the shelf to colour my hair but recently the colour was just looking awful, so the time came to get it sorted by a professional. I’ve been coming to Hair Raizin for over 10 years for a cut and blow dry, so there was no doubt I’d use them to colour my hair now. Nicole was great, we discussed the options and the look I wanted. On the day, as always greeted with warm smiles and offered a drink, Nicole showed me the colours she recommend and off she went. I was made super comfortable while she was colouring my hair, the hair wash is the best part, a mini head massage. I absolutely LOVE my colour and will definitely keep it up at Hair Raizin. Always a pleasant experience when I visit Hair Raizin. All the girls are genuinely nice, lovely people and always smiling and make you welcome to the Salon. I had lovely Natalie cut my hair. I showed her some pictures how I would like the layers to look and she nailed it 100% 😃 my hair looks amazing and I love my new style so much. I'm not overstating it when I say that Selina saved the day, in fact, the whole weekend for me. I am not a lash regular and chose someone else at another salon to do a set a lashes for me, for a very special occasion. Having opened my eyes, I was truly disappointed at the result. They weren't at all what I had asked for or expected. I tried to get used to them but they were shocking, every time I looked in the mirror. I was close to tears at how I didn't look like an enhanced version of myself but like someone completely different. So, late on a Friday afternoon - Valentine's Day no less - with only an hour to spare, I called Selina's number with a desperate plea - to remove the lashes so that I didn't have them for the event. She was available, she was extremely kind, and super friendly. I dashed to the salon and she went about removing some really stubborn lashes, explaining what she was doing as she went along - which calmed my nerves. I was so relieved to have the lashes gone. Sometimes, there are people who just appear like angels to save the day - thank you Selina!

Leonie is my go to hairdresser. She knows what she’s doing and has done an amazing job with my hair. I’ve had the Brazilian blow dry treatment, hair conditioning treatments and a few last minute hair appointments with her, and she always does a great job. Wow wish I could give more stars seriously! Selina is unreal at what she does! She listened to exactly what it was I wanted and delivered. My lashes are the best I've had! So full thick and fluffy yet so light! Just everything I wanted. You are made so feel so comfortable when you enter the beautiful salon & the heated bed is the cherry on top! I had HD brows done also & they are amazing! The shape of them is perfect and Selina was so gentle whilst working on my face. Thank you so so much beautiful lady!!

I visited Ozlem, for the first time, who threaded my eyebrows. Ozlem was absolutely lovely and made me feel welcomed. She took time to listen to how I liked the shape of my eyebrows and completed them to perfection. It was also painless which was great. My experience was brilliant. Ozlem was professional but friendly, her workstation was very clean and before you know it you're finished. I would highly recommend and I will be booking again.

The loveliest lady! Excellent job! Braving the Hollywood wax for the first time and eye brow threading. Since I'm a very anxious fidgety person with a low pain tolerance, she made me feel so calm and was very good, got every hair and very quick which I so appreciated. Definitely will return!

This was my 4th visit to Shwe for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I have had lots of massages in some top hotels, and I can honestly say that the quality at Shwe is just as good, and indeed better than some. Warm and friendly service in a nice environment. Merits a 5-star rating.
