I've been going to see Alison for pedicures for a while now, and I would absolutely recommend her. I have very rickety feet, but I totally trust Alison as she is always aware and mindful of my foot problems. The last treatment I had was an Elim pedicure with shellac on my toes, it was a really lovely, relaxing treatment, with great results that lasted weeks. Alison is very good at what she does, and the foot and lower leg massage is just heavenly.

Alison is the owner and therapist, she is truly a one-woman wonder! I’ve been going to Alison for years. She is professional, sets you at ease and makes you feel fab! The salon is fully equipped, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. You’ll always receive a warm welcome and I would highly recommend Alison to all! x

Alison is a wonderful therapist and I love having my manicures and pedicures. Daughter and niece have also had facials and massages with Alison and thoroughly enjoyed their treats! Highly recommended and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Today I had an Indian head massage with Rachel, from start to finish the whole experience was so lovely! Lovely room, heated blanket candles and a beautiful neck face shoulder and head massage, I didn't want it ti end, Rachel is amazing and so lovely. Very professional 5☆

I visit Rachel for a full variety of treatments and offerings - she is alway fabulous, providing high quality treatments and products used in a lovely environment! I'd highly recommend her!

Top quality barbershop. The guys here cuts really well. Alway bang on. I don’t ask for anyone in particular as they are all just as good as each other. Including the young lady there as well. Way above anyone else in the area as I’ve tried the others. Can only highly recommend anyone that has not use them to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Having said this I travel almost an hour every time to come here for a hair. And I’m not driving for the fun of it but for the quality cut I receive.

Excellent customer service and always left satisfied with my haircut. Depending on the day and time of day waiting times can be long, sometimes worsened by a staff shortage, however my recent visit encountered no problems and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Great hair cuts, my son's is ADHD and is Particular if there's anything not quite to your liking you can come back and they will change it. Friendly atmosphere and hospitality offering you hot or cold drinks good respectable prices.

Always delivers with a brilliant cut! Really friendly vibe in there as well, couldn't recommend it more! Only thing to watch out for is it gets very very busy so pick your timing well.

Jane’s advice and expertise over the last 20 years has been fabulous. She knows what suits ( and was doesn’t) with regard to style, cuts and colour and it is always a lovely experience to visit the salon. Thank you ladies xx

Jane and her team are utterly incredible. Not only are they all fantastically talented but they are also so kind, understanding and patient. They have such a great knowledge while also taking the time to making you feel at ease! Jane and her team also did my hair for my wedding along with my mum and bridesmaids which was an utter work of art and with the amount of hair I have how she did it is still beyond me! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I hired Story Hair and Makeup for my bridesmaids and I couldn't be happier with my choice! From start to finish Lorna was so professional, friendly, and communication leading up to the big day was great On the day of, Lorna and Chelsea did an incredible job. All the girls were so happy with how naturally beautiful the looks were and they also helped keep us on schedule (no easy feat trying to get 9 girls ready by 12pm!!). Would highly recommend, thanks again.

Lorna is such a warm and talented lady - I couldn’t recommend her more. I chose to use her for my legal and celebratory wedding ceremonies and she was brilliant on both occasions. Lorna did my wedding hair and make up as well as bridesmaids and mothers, she was fab! I loved her style and she was keen to work together to get the look I was aiming for at the trial and she was really responsive on the run up to the wedding. Lorna is a fantastic hair and makeup artist. She made me feel at ease and did such a brilliant job on our hair and makeup! All the bridal party loved her and were so happy with their looks. She made me feel beautifull even though I had a puffy face from a tooth problem and she was so patient and understanding when I felt unwell on the morning of, giving me a pep talk while she styled my hair and helping me feel stunning. The Beauty Retreat, Jodie are great, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jodie is friendly, personable and has the steadiest hand I know - how do you get the lines so perfect on my nails! The salon is clean, tidy and welcoming. Fair prices and a good choice of options. I can’t recommend highly enough!

One to one hair is truly the best salon I have ever been to in the whole of the UK let alone just Tring. I came into the salon with not much notice as I had a wedding coming up around the corner, and they were able to fit me in in time. My hair was extremely damaged with home dyed and box bleached hair, without having a professional cut in years. I left the salon with healthy shiny looking hair, thanks to Sarah, who may I add is absolutely lovely, such a sweet lady who also taught me how to correctly look after my hair.

Been here twice now and had different people do my hair. It's not the fanciest salon in town and you won't get your hair done by a young funky thing. You will however be listened to and have the benefit of years of experience. If you don't want to spend forever drying your hair they will cut it to suit.

I have not long moved to this area & needed to find myself a new hairdresser . Sarah came recommended to me. I had my appointment yesterday & came away feeling very happy with both the cut & colour which were done to a high standard. Sarah is not only a great hairdresser but really friendly & easy to talk to. I shall definitely be using this salon again in the future .

Visited One to One as I couldn't wait to see my usual hairdresser. Mick listened and I walked out extremely satisfied with the best pixie cut I have ever had. Needless to say, I now have a new hairdresser!

A lovely venue, and I really enjoyed my treatment (30 mins Swedish massage). The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and I felt relaxed and like a valued customer. The treatment room was warm, cosy, with a nice relaxing atmosphere. My therapist Daisy explained the massage and applied just the right pressure. I will definitely book again.

Pure Bliss! I recently treated myself to a back massage at Elementary in Tring, and oh my goodness, it was exactly what I needed! From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. Soft music played in the background, and the scent of essential oils filled the air, instantly putting me at ease. My therapist, Alison was incredibly professional and friendly. She took the time to understand my problem areas and the level of pressure I preferred and genuinely invested in making sure I had a relaxing and beneficial experience. She focused on my tight shoulders and lower back, and I could feel the knots gradually easing with each movement. The pressure was just right, and I felt all the stress and tightness I'd been carrying just melt away. The treatment room was dimly lit and comfortable, and the warm fluffy blanket on the massage bed was a lovely touch. It truly felt like a little oasis of tranquility.By the end of the massage, I felt completely relaxed. The price was reasonable for the quality of service, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a truly relaxing and effective massage. Lucie has kindly explained about natural oils and treatments they use ,answered all my questions about facial tratment I was unsure of and I already book another session at this lovely salon.
