Spoke to Tim earlier this morning to have my main door locks changed. Very informative and polite over the phone. Sam & Tim arrived to get the job done they were both very lovely. Handsome Sam being very good with his hands got the job done with a blink of an eye. Making 0 noise whilst my little girl was sleeping very considerate of them both. Thank you so much. I found, Replacement Keys Ltd via Google as I needed some extra keys for a new Burg Watcher cylinder. I sent them images of the replacement cylinder & keys to be certain I had the correct details when I order on line. They checked everything for me & sent me a link so I could order on line. That was yesterday afternoon, they arrived this morning a day earlier that I was expecting. Fantastic customer service. Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. Solid 5 stars all round. Moved into a new house, needed locks bringing up to BS insurance standards. I've always fitted our locks myself but the doors on this new house were properly posh and I didn't want to risk the expense of getting it wrong. I needed an expert. That's exactly what I got and I'm so glad I did. From initial enquiry, Lyn's diligent and friendly emails guiding us through the options, booking and especially Paul doing a A+ job fitting the locks, we couldn't be happier. The price was spot on too. It's always a pleasure to watch an expert at work, one who takes pride in getting everything "just so". Even the cover plate had to fall dead centre under its own wright and was tweaked... and re-tweaked until it did. Brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had seen Dan's videos online and had a very special pair of Loakes that I wanted repaired, but couldn't find anyone reliable to trust them with. I sent them to Dan who treated them with care and has done a fabulous job! I couldn't be happier!

I took my Christian louboutins that I bought off vinted to Dan for new soles and heels. What a phenomenal job! He completed the service much quicker than I anticipated and the job exceeded my expectations - I couldn’t quite believe how well he had revived them. Brilliant service. James who came to our place was a joy to have around, tracking down the cause of a patio door that wouldn't lock. Can't recommend this company enough! My car key wasn't working; I called on the Friday and James came out to my house first thing on Monday morning. New key programmed and James even gave my car battery a boost as it had been sitting for so long and was completely flat! Brilliant service :-)
