I found, Replacement Keys Ltd via Google as I needed some extra keys for a new Burg Watcher cylinder. I sent them images of the replacement cylinder & keys to be certain I had the correct details when I order on line. They checked everything for me & sent me a link so I could order on line. That was yesterday afternoon, they arrived this morning a day earlier that I was expecting. Fantastic customer service. Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

Came out Sunday within half an hour of me calling. Adjusted striker plates. As front door wouldn't lock. Very pleasant chap. Would recommend and use him again if required.

Brilliant service. James who came to our place was a joy to have around, tracking down the cause of a patio door that wouldn't lock. Can't recommend this company enough! My car key wasn't working; I called on the Friday and James came out to my house first thing on Monday morning. New key programmed and James even gave my car battery a boost as it had been sitting for so long and was completely flat! Brilliant service :-)

I had seen Dan's videos online and had a very special pair of Loakes that I wanted repaired, but couldn't find anyone reliable to trust them with. I sent them to Dan who treated them with care and has done a fabulous job! I couldn't be happier!

All looks great, you Tube channel as well which hooked me in, and when we eventually got a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes returned the job was as expected, first class. You just need to be patient and wait, plus they don’t take phone calls or answer e mails very quickly. Not cheap but expensive shoes don’t deserve a cheap job.
