Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

Alex came out as an emergency within 15 minutes of my call. I had lost my key whilst out on a run and had no way of accessing my house. He was very understanding and was into the house within 5 minutes of arriving so I could get warmed up! He changed the lock and the job was all done within 20 mins of arrival. Had problems with a Front Door that had become hard to shut, had to be slammed. Our back door had become hard to lock and unlock. Mark and Sam arrived promptly, repaired both door-locks, adjusted two French doors and two bedroom windows as well. Also asked them to replace two locks with guaranteed anti-burglar locks as I was so impressed with their professionalism. The guys from CJ’s came round first thing this morning to fix the lock on our bi-fold door. Brilliant service: fair price, punctual, professional and friendly. Also offered some great home security advice and put some WD40 on our front door to stop the lock catching. I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent, would have given 6 stars if possible. Responded very fast (out of hours) to my initial request for help. Then visited the next day, where 2 very professional locksmiths sorted the problem and also made some general adjustments to the door. All for a reasonable fee, below initial estimate.

Incredible service from Styn. Got locked out and he couldn’t get to me straight away so he gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself first. What a decent man. When you have an emergency you worry about what it’s going to cost you but Styn isn’t there to rip you off, he has very reasonable prices if you need him and is most importantly kind and decent! Called this morning for an estimate on an old deadbolt lock issue. Sent pics, and the technician replaced it right away. After adjustments, it worked perfectly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

So lucky in an unlucky situation! We locked ourselves out again. Our door is incredibly annoying when the wind slams it shut, the lock automatically engages. Last year, we had a bad experience with a locksmith who originally quoted £150, but after arriving and pretending to search for a solution, he claimed he had to drill the lock adding another £200 and insisted we buy a new lock from him for £50 (which actually costs £5 at B&Q). But not this time! We called Imperial Guard, and a gentleman named Andrej, originally from Romania, came to our rescue. He had already informed us that the emergency call-out fee was £95, which we accepted although we were still worried we might be charged extra. To our relief, Andrej arrived within 20 minutes and opened the door in literally 60 seconds no drilling, no damage, no pressure to replace the lock. Honestly, when you’re locked out and vulnerable, it’s so easy to be ripped off. If you ever find yourself in an emergency like us, call Imperial Guard and ask for Andrej!
