Alex came out as an emergency within 15 minutes of my call. I had lost my key whilst out on a run and had no way of accessing my house. He was very understanding and was into the house within 5 minutes of arriving so I could get warmed up! He changed the lock and the job was all done within 20 mins of arrival. Would highly recommend Alex!

Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

Karl recently replaced a faulty lock on my PVC door. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and kept in touch the entire time to let me know about parts availability etc. Excellent service and I highly recommend.

Karl really saved the day for us. Our front door lock suddenly broke and Karl was so kind to fit us in to secure the door (when he already had a full day). I really appreciated how Karl took the time to explain how the locking mechanism had broken and what parts needed fixing. And he was straight on to the suppliers to ensure parts were available and could be ordered. As a woman alone, Karl made me feel very safe and comfortable.
