Called this morning for an estimate on an old deadbolt lock issue. Sent pics, and the technician replaced it right away. After adjustments, it worked perfectly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

So lucky in an unlucky situation! We locked ourselves out again. Our door is incredibly annoying when the wind slams it shut, the lock automatically engages. Last year, we had a bad experience with a locksmith who originally quoted £150, but after arriving and pretending to search for a solution, he claimed he had to drill the lock adding another £200 and insisted we buy a new lock from him for £50 (which actually costs £5 at B&Q). He had already informed us that the emergency call-out fee was £95, which we accepted although we were still worried we might be charged extra. To our relief, Andrej arrived within 20 minutes and opened the door in literally 60 seconds no drilling, no damage, no pressure to replace the lock. Honestly, when you’re locked out and vulnerable, it’s so easy to be ripped off. If you ever find yourself in an emergency like us, call Imperial Guard and ask for Andrej!
