Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

Came out Sunday within half an hour of me calling. Adjusted striker plates. As front door wouldn't lock. Very pleasant chap. Would recommend and use him again if required.

Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. Our garage was broken in to leaving the main garage doors without any locks. Phil responded quickly to my call and came to assess the situation. He recommended heavy duty locks for the old style wooden garage doors - these are definitely an upgrade on the old locks and the garage is now far more secure. He also gave us a free survey of all our other door locks - he recommended the latest industry standard lock for the front door to be compliant with our home insurance. If you have lost your fob go here. I had decided to go for a non fob key after going to the mainly dealer as it was going to be more than £300:00 for a single key. Stephen was great and i would highly recommend him. He came within 30mins of my call, spent longer than he expected fixing my (stubborn) lock but only charged me what we had agreed on the phone and also fixed a second lock on his way out for free! He showed my 6 year old some football skills on the front lawn and left a happy customer (and his son!) as he went on his way. A good, honest, friendly and old fashioned tradesman like they used to be.

I called Iskren to check my back door lock as it could not be locked. Although this was not an emergency call he arrived the same afternoon. The lock and the handle had to be changed. Iskren came back the next day with the new lock and the handle and repaired the door. He is very professional, courteous and fast. The quality of his work was excellent and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Iskren for any locksmith needs! We recently moved into a property and wanted 4 sets of locks changed. Patio door, back door, front door and porch door. I recently had some keys cut at LockCo, and I am really pleased with the service! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process quick and easy. They offered a wide range of key types, and my keys were ready in no time. I ended up getting a few copies due to the really low prices.
