I called Iskren to check my back door lock as it could not be locked. Although this was not an emergency call he arrived the same afternoon. The lock and the handle had to be changed. Iskren came back the next day with the new lock and the handle and repaired the door. He is very professional, courteous and fast. The quality of his work was excellent and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Iskren for any locksmith work and will be using him in future.

Iskren did a fantastic job working out what was wrong with our lock and door on short notice. He visited us in advance and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. I would highly recommend Iskren for any locksmith needs! We recently moved into a property and wanted 4 sets of locks changed. Patio door, back door, front door and porch door. He gave us a range of options and prices on the day he came and was very swift in organising a date to attend. He also helped us fix a misaligned locking mechanism and opened an internal door that we didn't have a key door. Excellent service all round.

Our garage was broken in to leaving the main garage doors without any locks. Phil responded quickly to my call and came to assess the situation. He recommended heavy duty locks for the old style wooden garage doors - these are definitely an upgrade on the old locks and the garage is now far more secure. He also gave us a free survey of all our other door locks - he recommended the latest industry standard lock for the front door to be compliant with our home insurance. Phil is very knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I can’t thank him enough for rescuing us that day and I highly recommend him.

Absolute Legend ! Bought my mk 2 Focus key here to be copied onto a new key here which was also slightly bent and he still managed to cut the new one perfectly without any issues, apon trying the key on my car it feels better than the original, everywhere i have tried in the past has always had an issue or couldn’t do the job unitl now, will use again and definitely recommend, wasn’t expensive either which is a bonus. Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

If you have lost your fob go here. I had decided to go for a non fob key after going to the mainly dealer as it was going to be more than £300:00 for a single key. They came to my house a couple of hour later and were so efficient and competitive I ended up getting two keys. Adam was the man he was outstanding. Thanks so much!

I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price.
