I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price.
