This is a totally EXCELLENT Locksmith company. I called Tim at the weekend when my back door wouldn’t lock and he came to do the repair that same morning. Absolute Legend ! Bought my mk 2 Focus key here to be copied onto a new key here which was also slightly bent and he still managed to cut the new one perfectly without any issues, apon trying the key on my car it feels better than the original, everywhere i have tried in the past has always had an issue or couldn’t do the job unitl now, will use again and definitely recommend, wasn’t expensive either which is a bonus. Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I had a couple of interior door handles where the springs had broken after 15 years use meaning the handles would not return to the horizontal position. These guys managed to make new springs for each lock which now work better than new. All done in a couple of days. Excellent service. Other locks about 50 years old still going strong unlike the more recent Chinese rubbish!! Highly recommended.
