Incredible service from Styn. Got locked out and he couldn’t get to me straight away so he gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself first. What a decent man. When you have an emergency you worry about what it’s going to cost you but Styn isn’t there to rip you off, he has very reasonable prices if you need him and is most importantly kind and decent! I know where I’ll be going and sending everyone who needs help in the future.

Stein came out promptly and was incredibly polite and got me back into my flat within minutes. Very reasonable pricing and amazing service. I would highly recommend this company and cannot thank Stein (hope im spelling that right!) enough for his time and efforts.

I had a couple of interior door handles where the springs had broken after 15 years use meaning the handles would not return to the horizontal position. These guys managed to make new springs for each lock which now work better than new. All done in a couple of days. Excellent service. Other locks about 50 years old still going strong unlike the more recent Chinese rubbish!! Highly recommended.

Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I wouldn't have been able to complete the task without Tony's help and advice so I'm a very happy first time customer who will definitely return. Many thanks for the fantastic customer service.

Today I came in to Albany locksmiths with a snapped key for my van dead locks that was also covered in super glue as I stupidly tried to bodge it. At first it wasn't looking promising but with the expert skills from Tony he managed to re-cut the key. Some kind of magic if you ask me. I've learnt a valuable lesson. Don't glue your keys back together people. Not only was the service cheap and fast but Tony was a very professional polite guy. This morning the lock for the front door stop working and couldn’t get the door closed. I’ve called Chris and came in in less than 20 minutes. Fully repaired the lock and left is as new. Highly recommended if you want someone competent, honest and reliable.

We called Ozlocks due to locking ourselves out the house. It was 1630 on a Friday in rush hour. Chris arrived in less than 30mins. He gained entry in no time at all, without damaging the door or lock. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. Brilliant communication. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Quickly completed the lock change and took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate how the new lock worked. It was not as simple as it seemed so I was very grateful.
